Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed by Engineer-incharge and disposing of all excavated earth at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour( If required). All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates Shall be properly Stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge . Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Stone soling tightly hand packed under floors, including watering, ramming and consolidating complete and carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.The rate including of octory, royalty, malkana, toll tax, sal tax or other taxes imposed by goverment.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, heights of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, and the like floor, etc. up to any thickness, up to all floor level, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto any depth/heights, up to all floor level, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement isto one& half sand isto three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Tor steel reinforcement of TATA, sail , Rashtriya Ispat or its substantial equivalent make for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals due for its completion up to all floor level complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Second class Brick work in super structure above plinth level upto all floor level: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) as per Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying Second class Half brick masonry in super structure above plinth level upto all floor level. In Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government .

6mm (six millimeter) thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand), upto all floor level complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
