Providing and fixing MS flange of 200 mm dia (outer dia 343, wall thickness minimum 10 mm) by welding to the MS pipe including all tools complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Rubber Gaskets Conforming to I.S 5382 of S.B.R quality 200 mm dia to the MS pipe joints as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
