Providing and fixing Class I PVC seepage pipes of 100mm dia of required lengths for abutments and return walls including costs and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for fixing etc., complete to drain from the backfill as per section 2706 of MORTH specification (Rev- V) PWD SOR Page No : 158 Sl. No : M-0865

Supplying ribbed tor steel rods including cutting cranking fabricating assembling laying in exact position tying with soft steel wire 16 or 18 BWG etc. complete for all RCC Works. as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors as per standard specification. Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) -Footing, Plinth beam, Tie beam/Lintel, Ground Floor Roof beam, salbs, Sloped roof beam and slabs30 V, VI (S5) VII & 13

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade ronprepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (GSB Grade - V Plant Mix)

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5 and directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5 and directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 45.27 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen and 5.03 kg of shredded Plastic waste for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Refilling with available Excavated Earth for filling in layers not exceeding limits including power roller compaction including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete and in accordance with standard specification as per morth Vth Rev., 305 & 2907 for strengthen the berms

Supplying and errecting centering for Sides and Soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto3.29mt height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90mm x60mm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia supported at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc complete Complying with standard Specification without Strutting.( TNSS NO or NBC No 30(S) 86 86 A V, VI(S3)VII
