Carrying out scheduled maintanence and servicing of existing chlorine dosing system and accessories any type any make & model in every 15 days or when ordered including cleaning it's part, removing corrosion, refixing it, rectifying leakage due to loose nut / hose pipe using Teflon tape, clamps, lead / PVC washers etc as required. Details of maintenace should be recorded in register .

Note:- Defective parts will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BoQ as supply only.

Supply only Control valve (Needle Valve) of PVC as required.

Supply only PVC 'T' with unioun as required.

Supply only Water hardness test kit. Make :- Aquasol or Rainbary or GELCO as approved.

Supply only copper sulphate crystal of best quality as approved.

Supply only sodium hypo chloride in between 40 to 60 GPL, ISI marked as approved.

Supply only bleaching powder in 25 kg bags ISI marked as approved.

Supply only SCS- 10K 1% chlorine dioxide in powder form 2 components( component A and B component B) based disinfectant chemical (solid) content for water treatment packed in 1kg drum complete.Make : Bharti waters or equivelent

The quoted product must be approved by FSSAI

The brand of chlorine dioxide must have valid NSF/ANSI certificate .

The item shall have E-in-c's brand AHQ approval

Renewal of cast iron sluice valve class PN-1.6 ISI marked, both ends flanged, stainless steel spindle, with iron wheel and necessary jointing materials, nuts & bolts, washers etc for making two flanged joints of following sizes as required:-

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type BO 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) for foundation of Centrifugal pump and mass concrete including frame work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in TMT bars 8 mm dia and above, cut to length bent to shape and binding with and including MS wire anealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of UG Sump, removing sludge / sand / dirt by means of manual / sludge removing pump, cleaning the sumps with bleached water and washing with sodium hydrochloride liquid, drying and applying one coat of lime wash internally and spraying anti bacteria liquid, writing date of cleaning on outer wall of sump with white paint on black base for following capacity of sumps (Note - Sludge / sand / dirt shall be disposed off from the sump at a distance beyond 150 m).
