Taking down cement plaster of any description on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc for height upto 21 metres from average ground level and removal of entire debris to a distance exceedig 250 m but not exceeding 500 m, as ordered complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork/PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), for height upto 21 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (above or below ground level) and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work, framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc including welding conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165) for height upto 21 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality `A’ for height upto 21 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel (Grade-304) ladder, railing and the like including designer balusters, railing pipes, foot/ thread, etc in size, shape and design as directed, made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, balls, etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the ladder, railing, etc with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge including fixing ladder for height upto 21 metres from average ground level. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc).

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made M-40 grade, 80 mm thick machine pressed, rubber moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, rubbing down, stopping of distempered & Jet pressure washing and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions, for height upto 21 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer for height upto 21 metres from average ground level complete all as specified & as directed.

Cutting/ Chipping/ Dismantling of spall / loose damaged concrete of distressed member in a controlled manner carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete upto good parent concrete to expose the existing reinforcement (direct hammering should be avoided) average thickness of 50-75 mm including cleaning the exposed surfaces by water jet pressure pump at 4 to 5 Kg/Sqcm pressure to remove chlorides and loose particles, air drying the surface etc for further treatment with & including all necessary tools, safety measures like helmet, safety belt, adequate labour insurance, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 21 metre from average ground level under the supervision of qualified supervisor (the damaged ceiling/ concrete shall only be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying concrete penetrating, migratory bipolar corrosion inhibitor EPCO KP-100 Krishna Conchem (or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian) conforming to ASTMG-109 by brush/spray with dosage of 4 sqm/litre over the entire chipped off/ exposed concrete area in order to arrest further corrosion of reinforcement bars. The application of EPCO KP-100 shall reduce the corrosion in terms of coulombs by 30% minimum upto migration through the embedded side of concrete as measured by mA all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and all as per manufacturer’s instructions, for height upto 21 metre from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector, drilling holes of 12mm dia, upto 100mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 500mm c/c for slab, 300mm c/c for column and beam in staggered manner or along the crack as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in RCC structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 8-10mm dia Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system minimum 8 hours before grouting including removing nozzle projections, excess putty if any over concrete element grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc, for height upto 21 metre from average ground level, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for grouting of RCC structure with low viscous two parts of epoxy (mixed in ratio as specified by manufacturer) by using pressure pump and pressure grouting with compressor at about 1 Kg to RCC beams/ chajjas/ slab/ columns as per manufacturer’s instructions and direction and cutting the Teflon nozzles after grouting and making surface good for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make of low viscous epoxy shall be of Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian

M&L for single layer of polymer modified cementitious high strength repair mortar {Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 50 N/sqmm (According to ASTM C109)} as per site requirement (minimum 20mm thickness) in patch work all as per manufacturer’s instructions, for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : M/S Fosroc / Dr Fixit / Sika / Pidilite / Krishna Conchem / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR latex per bag of cement over face of concrete of column/ beams/ tanks 20 to 25mm thick in two layers surfaces applied as per manufacturer’s instructions {Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 40 N/sqmm (According to ASTM C109)} for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- SBR latex chemical shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’.

Supply only SBR latex chemical of Make Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for applying Nitobond EP (2.5 Kg pack and coverage area 5.5 Sqm/ 4.5 Kg pack and coverage area 10 Sqm) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint, brush etc. for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Fosroc or equivalent of Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for applying “Nitobond AR” single component acrylic polymer emulsion curing agent and bonding agent over old concrete surfaces including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, brush etc. for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Fosroc or equivalent of Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for applying an elastomeric two component polymer modified cementitious coating of 2mm thick at minimum coverage rate of 3.60 Kg/sqm in pack of powder and liquid mix and applying as per manufacturer’s instructions, including cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Fosroc "Nitocote CM210" or equivalent of Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for applying protective coating to inside surfaces of water tanks with food grade epoxy stearate coating. Application of food grade epoxy stearate coating confirming to CFTRI & Haffkins certifications or equivalent in two coats etc for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Fosroc / Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for preparing surfaces of cylindrical overhead water tank and applying two coats of Elastomeric pigmented acrylic Anti carbonation coating “Dekguard E2000” of M/s Fosroc (or equivalent of Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE) over a coat of water based acrylic primer “Dekguard WB Primer” of M/s Fosroc (or equivalent of Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE) as per manufacturer’s instructions for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Anti carbonation coating and water based primer shall be of same manufacturer.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply, laying/ fixing, jointing, commissioning and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron (DI) Spun pressure pipes (Class K9) of 200 mm bore (ISI marked) with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (130 gm/sqm minimum) and bituminous finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with screwed flanged ends with & including jointing material 3mm thick rubber or fibre board gasket, nuts, bolts of M20x80 size (or as directed), washers, fixed upto 22 metre height of OHT from average ground level in any length as in water rising main supply line with & including holding of pipe with wall with suitable size mild steel clamps including dismantling & taking down existing 200mm bore CI/ DI pipes with all fittings complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) Fittings / specials shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (iii) Holding clamps shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) Arrow marking shall be done to indicate direction of water flow with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint as directed.

Supply, laying/ fixing, jointing, commissioning and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron (DI) Spun pressure pipes (Class K7) of 200 mm bore (ISI marked) with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (130 gm/sqm minimum) and bituminous finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with screwed flanged ends with & including jointing material 3mm thick rubber or fibre board gasket, nuts, bolts of M20x80 size (or as directed), washers, fixed upto 22 metre height of OHT from average ground level in any length as in delivery, wash out & over flow water pipe line with & including holding of pipe with wall with suitable size mild steel clamps including dismantling & taking down existing 200mm bore CI/ DI pipes with all fittings complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) Fittings / specials shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (iii) Holding clamps shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) Arrow marking shall be done to indicate direction of water flow with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing of MS ERW flanged pipe heavy grade (ISI marked) of 200 mm bore including necessary drilling, cutting, bending & welding in required shape including nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket, making short pieces as required with & including painting external surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including cutting holes in wall of any type and making good with PCC type B0 or brickwork and making good disturbed surfaces of wall with CM 1:4 and painting with two coats of existing colour to match the wall, including taking up or down existing MS pipe of 200mm bore of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down old rusted/ worn out GI tubing & connections of 80 mm bore fixed in any position and S&F new 80 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) with & including all necessary fittings (ISI Marked) such as bend, tee, elbow, etc laid in trenches/ floors or fixed on wall and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

All as per serial item No. 34 here in above but 100 mm bore.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 80 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 80 mm bore, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing Ductile Iron fittings, specials (K-12) such as bends, tapers, collars, reducers, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type, angle/radius and straight connecting pieces etc (ISI marked) conforming to IS-9523 for flanged/socket and spigot ends suitable for DI pipe upto 300mm bore, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS fittings suitable for pipes upto 300mm bore such as bends, tappers, etc any type and angle and straight connected pieces any type joint all flange ends including necessary cutting, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including necessary jointing materials such as nut, bolts, washers, packings and welding including testing with & including painting of external surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

S&F in repair 4 core 1.5 sqmm XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed Armoured cable with multistranded copper conductor complete, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked, fixed with suitable size of saddles, drawing through existing pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 6 core 1.5 sqmm XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed Armoured cable with multistranded copper conductor complete, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked, fixed with suitable size of saddles, drawing through existing pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying/fixing 50 mm bore High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes of Grade ‘PE 100’, Pressure Class ‘PN 8’, ‘SDR-17’, ISI marked, with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, fixed in repairs, complete all as directed.

M&L for construction of Valve pit chamber of size 1200x1200x1200mm internal dimension including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation, brick work with old size fly ash bricks in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds, 75 mm thick PCC coping all round in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), flooring shall be 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid over 75 mm thick hard core. Top cover shall be made out of MS sheet 3.00 mm thick fixed in angle iron frame made out of angle iron size 40x40x6 mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking arrangement at other side complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed including dismantling of old existing unserviceable vale pit chamber. Note : Any minor modification where required at site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The decision of GE shall be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor.

S&F in repairs Aviation obstruction Red LED light 8.5 watt, 230 volts, IP 65, 50 Hz including necessary electrical connection and foundation complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs water Flow switch for 200mm bore pipe line with operating pressure rating of 10 Kg/sqcm alongwith all necessary installation accessories etc., complete all as directed. Make: Danfoss / Rapid Control / Indfoss / other make as approved by GE.

M&L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed to aluminium strip with nut, bolts and washers and with & including 40mm bore 1.5m long GI pipe light grade embedding in PCC foundation block of size 300 x 300 x 400mm (in PCC 1:3:6 type C1) with necessary GI clamps, nuts & bolts, including dismantling & taking down existing old air termination rod, GI pipe, foundation block complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking out existing aluminium strip complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs porcelain insulator of overall minimum size 72mm x 32mm x 34mm (single pole bus bar support insulator) suitable for fixing aluminium/GI strip roof/down conductors, fixed in PCC blocks/walls/pole/pipe with two Nos hexagonal head GI screws 40mm long, one No. hexagonal head GI bolt 30mm long & 5-6mm dia with one No. square shaped GI washer of size 25x25mm & 0.6-0.8mm thickness & one No. GI nut for fixing/running the roof/down conductors, conforming to the sample kept in GE’s office, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Cost of screws, bolt, washer & nut is included in quoted rates.

S&F in repairs Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws, enclosed in suitable PVC box, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Earthing with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to Panel / transformer / GOD / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing of any type. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
