Excavation in foundationtrenches etc.in earth work lift upto 1.50mtr.i/c stacking the excavated soil not more than3mtrs. From the edge of excavated soil,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and thendisposing of all the surplus excavted soil as directed with in a lead of 20mtrs.Pick & Jumper work.

Dresssing the ground i/c cutting and filling upto 15 cm.(Spade work)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1Cement : 6 Sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete exluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approve quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand).(A) Construction of rubble masonry in B/wall & R/walls revetment walls and parapits in CM 1:6.

(B) Laid dry.

Stone work aslar punched (Ordinary work) in super structure up floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 i/c pointing with cement mortar 1:2.(Square or rectangular pillars)

Dressing of stone (for face work) hammer dressing (Unit Sq. mtr of face area).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1Cement : 2 Sand :4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete exluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Providing and fixing MS railing of requird pattern in stone pillars etc.(Ornamental grill).

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of MS hollo pipe 50 mm dia welded in streight length over MS flat at top of vertical blusster i/c one coat of red oxide priming coat complete(MS flate & balusteres of railing shell be measured and paid seperately.

Steel work welded in built up section trusses and framed work including cutting hosting fixing in posistion and applying priming coat of red lead paint.

Providinfg and laying heavy duty precast cement conc. Interlocking pavour blocks vibro compected upto M-50 grade including curing etc. complete.-60mm thick

Applying priming coat over new steel work and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool scrappers and sand paper complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters.

Construction unlined surface drains of avrege X- sectional area 0.40 Sqm. In soli to specified lines, grades, leveled and dimensions (Manual means).

(b) Square and rectangular pillars in plan.

(c) Beams.

(d) Flate surfaces such as slab etc.

Providing tor mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending,binding and placing complete

R.C.C. work 1:2:4 (1cement;2 Sand: and 4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size including curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement. (A) Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks with rat trap bond in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) second class bricks i) above plinth level upto floor two level .

Half brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 in super structure i/c curing complete.

Wood work in frames of doors, windows and clcresting windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position in Ist. class deodar wood.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and frames work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. (In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings)

In beams joists, channels, angles, tee, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped mettalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6 mm diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber wasshers complete with all accesories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped mettalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating+back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5 microns primer including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter and prepainted G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesories as reqired as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately)

Providing and fixing 15cm wide and 45cm overall cemicercular plain GI sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size 0.63mm thick

Providing and fixing 100mm dia pipes on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling partitions etc. shawn and put up in position. In Ist class deodar wood.

Providing and laying duro stone vetrified tiles 300x300x8 mm in gray/ colour of requried shade in skirting, risers of steps and dados on 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 jointed with cement sullery mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Wall painting (Two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droopings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting Ready mixed paint brushing with white lead for priming.(Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer paint.)
