(g) Aluminium Bus bar minimum 300 Amp with R/Y/B coloured for three Phases and 150 Amp for Neutral Black colour insulation sleeves - 01 Set Notes : (i) Vertical height of legs of LT panel base frame shall be not less than 45 cm from top of nearest road level / PCC floor finish. Legs shall be grouted in ground minimum 30cm in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate). (ii) The contractor shall produce and get the detailed (GD) drawings of LT Panel approved from GE through Engineer-in-Charge before fabrication and placing the order to the approved manufacturer. (iii) MS frame work shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) Cost of internal wiring, MS frame work, painting, platform, MCCB spreaders, cable glands, locking arrangement with aldrop bolt and any minor addition/alteration where required at site (the decision of GE shall be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Note applicable to serial item No. 1 to 5.01 : All MCCBs of capacity 160 Amp & above shall also have adjustable overload current, overload time setting, Ics=100%Icu, short circuit setting including all accessories.

M&L for filling approved dry river sand for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable in trenches/duct 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm thickness over the cable and punning to 18 cm total thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. M&L for Earthing with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to Panel / transformer / GOD / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing of any type. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
