Integrated Management System Recertification for standards ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 , ISO 45001-2018 and Initial certification audit for Energy Management System ISO 50001 - 2018

Recertification of the Integrated Management System for the standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 of SRPL comsprising CTMPL, CBPL and Chennai ATFPL as per list of sites provided and also carrying out initial certification of SRPL as above for Energy Management System as per ISO 50001:2018, inclusive of Registration, initial site visit(s), review of documents as applicable,carrying out system audits at the SRPL installations to verify conformance between the system as documented and its implementation and issuance of the ISO certificates of conformity for the above mentioned for ISO's standards .This includes registration fee if any.

Surveillance Audits: Conducting complete works of surveillance audit of the Integrated Management System of SRPL comprising Quality, Environment, Health & Safety management system and Energy Management System as per the respective ISO standards in order to verify conformance between the system as documented and its implementation throughout the period of certification (All stations of SRPL must audited at least once during the period of certification) of three years. The Audits shall be conducted with a frequency of once each year with two periodic audits during the 3 year validity of IMS Certification as per the Certification requirements.

To and fro travel expenses as per tender scope of work to be reimbursed on actual basis on submission of tickets and boarding pass (Bidder not to Quote)
