Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. sal wood within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing australian pine ready made planks based within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 2nd (Second) class teak wood within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. Providing and fixing Pre-laminated flat pressed 3(Three ) layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II exterior grade IS : 12823 marked, in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer (fittings to be paid separately) 18mm thick within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One millimetre) , of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m (One point zero metre) spacing.
