Fixed lumpsum hire charges (for 3000Kms run) for providing of hired diesel driven AC car (after 2017 model) for the conveyance of Chief Engineer/Zone/VJA with Head Quarters at Gunadala including driver salary, driver batta, cost of all incidental charges like fuel, lubricants, insurance, MV tax and other charges with an attendance of 12hrs daily in all days including holidays and Sundays for the period from 01.04.2020 (or from the actual date of utilization) to 31.03.2021 and renewable for every year up to 01.04.2023 . Extra Kms and extra hrs shall not be permitted.
