Apply the same in two coats over the prepared surface one after the other dries up with a minimum interval of 4 hours between the coats. Providing pressure grouting in suspected areas of vertical and horizontal joints . The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete. NOTE : Contractor shall submit 10 years guarantee certificate for the water proofing treatment carried out.

Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified.

20mm thick black colour granite (of approved quality) work (table rubbed and polished) over cooking platform in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and edges shall be rounded off including cutting for sink and making holes for gas pipes, over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4;complete all as specified and as directed. Surface Preparation for Protective Coating of Wallgaurd: Removal of concrete/mortar spatters or protrusions on the wall surface using power grinding, removal of laitance, curing compounds, oil, grease, wax, algae & fungal growth and dirt/ dust accumulation on the entire wall surface to be coated with protective coating by using high pressure water jetting to achieve a wall Surface Profile compatible with primer coat, making the surface completely dry to receive the coating etc. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete.

The filling is to be done for a minimum portion of 1/3rd of the hole depth. Now insert the rebar to be anchored for the provision of main reinforcement, gently and finish the surface around the rebar area using the same material which comes out of the hole excessively. Additional Reinforcement: Check the diameter of the existing rebars and if the diameter is less than 30% of the original diameter, provide additional reinforcement. Cut 12mm dia bars as main reinforcement to the required length with proper development length. Tie them to the prefixed shear connectors so that the additional rebar acts monolithically with the existing ones and core concrete. In the case of the shear reinforcement also, if the diameter of the rebars is reduced, provide 8mm dia stirrups in the form of 2 "U" shaped bars. Tie them properly so that it has a tight contact with the main bars. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete.

Shear Connectors: Drilling 12mm dia holes up to a depth of 75mm maximum and fixing 8mm dia L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors at every 300mm c/c on the surfaces of the columns/beams or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using water and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole. Mix the base and hardener of the polyester resin with the spatula thoroughly. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyster resin Make Lockfix-S of Make FOSROC or equivalent in other makes. Make sure that the resin has reached till the end of the hole. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the shear connectors not to be disturbed for minimum 20 minutes - complete. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete.

Anti-corrosive Coating: Clean the rebars using the rust remover if there exists any rust, otherwise clean the rebar free of foreign material. Mix the base and hardener of the anti-corrosive coating like Nitozinc Primer of Fosroc or equivalent mechanically using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing paddle. Apply the mixed materials to the cleaned rebar and allow it to dry complete. The rate shall include necessary scaffolding and platform and cost of all the operations and etc complete. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete.

Epoxy Jointing Compound: Clean the concrete surface, remove the loose particle if any. Make sure that the form work is ready for positioning. Mix the base and hardener of the epoxy resin jointing compound and apply the same to the prepared surface. Care should be taken that the micro concrete needs to be done within 5 hours maximum from the time of application of epoxy jointing compound Nitobond EP of Fosroc or equivalent. The materials should have the fallowing properties: Specific gravity of which is 1.15 to 1.2 gm/cc, Compressive Strength (BS 6319 Pt 2) is 50MPa (@ 7day), Flexural Strength (BS 6319 Pt 3) is 35MPa (@ 7day), Shear Strength (BS 6319 Pt 4) is 10MPa (@ 7day). The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete.

High Strength Polymer Mortar (SP40) - 75mm thick. Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc or equivalent, ready to use blend of dry powders which is formulated for application, repair mortar suitable for most structural and load bearing repairs as per manufacture specification. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete.

Polymer Modified Mortar 40mm thick Cement Mortar 1:3 Wet the surface with potable water and make sure that the surface is kept moist so that the water cement ratio in the polymer modified mortar is maintained. Supply and application of Nitobond SBR or equivalent as per manufacture specification. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete.

Drilling and Fixing of Nozzle: Make groove at every 150-mm c/c in the brick masonry wall perpendicular to the direction of crack. Provide 20 mm dia nozzle for the grouting. Provide 8 mm dia reinforcement perpendicular to the direction of the crack. The rate shall include the cost of all the operations and etc complete.

Injection of Cement grout: Prepare AR mortar in the ratio of 1:3. Add 1 litre of Nitobond AR per bag of cement or any equivalent to the above mortar mix and apply to the primed concrete surface using a trowel. The dosage of AR shall be 1 lit per bag of cement. Grout the same using cement grout mixed with copolymer (SBR) of 1 lit per bag of cement and cut the nozzle after completing. Fill up the crack using the same and followed by a smooth finish. The rate shall include the cost of all the operations and etc complete.

Curing Compound: Immediately after striking the form work or after completion of the repair works, the surface should be sprayed water once and followed by application of membrane based curing compound like Concure WB of Fosroc or equivalent diluted with water in the ratio of 1: 1 as a curing membrane - Complete. The specific Gravity of which is 1.025 to 1.04 gm/cc and Slant Shear (BS 6319) is 20 MPa. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete.

Water Proofing with Brushbond: All the surfaces which are to receive the waterproofing coating like Brushbond, must be free from dirt or any other form of foreign matter which might affect adhesion. Acid wash and water wash the surface and allow it to surface dry condition. Mix the part A and part B of the polymer modified cementitious coating mechanically using an electrically operated drilling machine fitted with mix paddle. Apply the same in two coats over the prepared surface one after the other dries up with a minimum interval of 4 hours between the coats. Providing pressure grouting in all the vertical and horizontal joint including the suspected areas. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete. NOTE : Contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for the water proofing treatment carried out.

Protective Plastering: Prepare cement sand mortar in the ratio 1:4 with waterproofing liquid (Conplast X421 IC manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent) as per the dosage of the manufacturer and apply the same as protective screed to prevent mechanical damage while laying the weathering course, tiles etc.

Protective Coating Wall guard: Clean the surface with wire brush and remove all dirt and dust. The surface should also be completely dry. The contents of Nitocote Wallguard shall be thoroughly stirred for atleast 2 minutes using a slow speed (300 - 400 RPM) drilling machine attached with a mixing paddle. Apply Nitocote Wallguard with a nylon brush, or a felt roller, to the primed substrate. Allow Nitocote Wallguard first coat to dry for 5-6 hrs at 300 C and then apply the second coat. Nitocote Wallguard shall be applied at theoretical application rate 3 to 3.5 m2/ litres for 2 coats. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete.

Debris Removing: Remove the debris from the spot followed by stacking at the ground floor and carting away the same from the site complete. The cost including the loading the debris to the vehicle.

S&Fin repair 50 mm gun metal globe/gate valves, with CPVC body, screwed/pasted both ends for CPVC pipe, complete including taking out old valves all as specified.

Supplying, fixing and testing of Ductile Iron, heavy duty, Specials of any size, radius and length confirming to IS - 1538 Part - I to XXIII: 1976 such as bends [any type, radius and angle], tapers any type [straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc], sockets, tail pieces, connecting pieces, tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross, [all sockets or socket and spigot or Flanged], collars, caps and plugs, ( required for shape as per site )adopters etc suitable for CI / DI Spigot and Socket or Flanged pressure pipes complete including taking down of existing item all as specified and as directed.
