(f) Providing and applying water proof coating using fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surfaces to achieve 1.5mm thick with 02 coats with interval period of 6 hours over the surface using spray/ squngee/ roller/ brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700% (ASTM D412-90), tear resistance of 21Kn/m (ASTMD624-00) and tensile strength of >1.9 N/mm2. Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min 300mm height above the finished floor level as per vendor recommendation. Laying 200gsm non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed. Make:- FOSROC or equivalent as approved.

50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for sub base of sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed.

Glass Corner Shelf 6mm thick including CP railing radius 250mm fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Parryware (Cat No - T6010A1) or equivalent make in approved list of make.

Taking down of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed plaster tar felts etc including removal of PCC upto getting main roof slab and removal of dismantled materials complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B-0) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, average. 30 mm thick as padding on roof slab complete all as specified and as directed.

The water proofing treatment is Seven course and shall be carried out as follows: - (i) Apply a coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 200 gram / square metre on the prepared surface. (ii) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area. (iii) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 1400C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap.

(iv) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area. (v) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 1400C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap.
