M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm thick in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifing or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth n exc 50 mm & removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Soling (for sub base) 100mm spread thickness with broken boulders quarried stone interstices filled surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggreagate granite trap or basalt of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber required with 8 to 10 Ton power rolled complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally with air compressors to remove all loose dist etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of black top surface by brushing with mechanical broomer for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally with air compressors to remove all loose dist etc, having black top surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumin VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne roller and compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content 4% (Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight or total mix rolled and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 100 mm width thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions as per IRC-35 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road stud having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm of height 20 mm with fixing with epoxy. LED's solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours including removal of old unserviceable stud complete all as specified and directed.
