Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading toapproved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

(SH: - 2.0 - CONCRETE WORK) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(SH: - 5.0 - STEEL WORK) Structural steel work welded in built up sections,trussess and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of aliphatic acrylic PU paint(DFT 2x35 microns) over one coat of epoxy amine HB coating intermediate(DFT 150 microns), over one coat of epoxy mastic primer(DFT 100 microns) and surface roughness shall be made to SA 2.5 before applying primer etc. closing all the open ends properly with same material cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Providing and fixing GI round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

(SH: - 6.0 - FINISHING WORK) 6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Providing and placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS :12200 for construction / expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc., complete including all cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc. complete as directed by Engineer - in - Charge at all levels : Serrated with central bulb(225mm wide, 8-11 mm thick).

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on all surface including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Providing and applying water proof cement paint of approved brand and colour for new work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)on walls after scraping and cleaning the surface including cost and coveyance of all materials,labour charges,hire charges for scaffolding etc.complete at all levels

Painting the inside walls with ready mix plastic emulsion paint of approved quality two or more coats to smooth even finish on ceiling and walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding, etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels

(SH: - 7.0 - ROOFING WORK) Providing high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) for cladding and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete for all heights (excluding the cost of M.S.support members), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required, etc as directed by Engineer in charge.

(SH: - 8.0 - FLOORING / CLADDING / JOINERY WORKS) Providing and fixing acid and/or alkali resistant bricks (AR Bricks Class - I )conforming to IS:4860 of 230x115x38MM or nearest available size of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding with bitumin mastic , and joints filling and pointing with acid and/or alkali resisting compound of approved make as per manufacturer's specifications, including surface preparations and providing and applying bitumin primer at the rate of 0.3kg/sqm on the surface prior to the fixing of AR bricks etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying Glazed / Antiskid Ceramic floor tiles 300x300x7 mm of Ist quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make,shade,and pattern laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges,lead,lift etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge at all levels.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours , shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in- charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry@ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness .The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady] the frame. The rate shall include providing and fixing frames of approved colour for, providing and fixing 6/8 Nos. of anchor fastners/dash fastners of approved size as per manufactur's specification, finishing the joints to match the surroundings and finishing the frames by buffing and polishing with wax as directed. (The contractor shall supply 1 No. of frames free of cost for every 10 Nos. of frames supplied at site or part thereof for destructive testing) The rate shall includes the cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, sundries, etc., complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/ Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels. 150 x 10 mm

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(SH: - 10.0 - SEPTIC TANK, SOAKPIT) Providing and fixing ferrocement tank for 25 users including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, sundries, etc and excluding GST., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Providing and constructing soak pit 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 1.5 m size with honey comb brick work on the sides upto a height of 0.9m and brick masonry in CM 1:6 for the balance height,providing and filling brick bats graded, upto a height of 1.2 m,providing and laying precast slab over the pit supporting on the brick work, including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, lead, lift, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

SH :11.0 SANITARY INSTALLATION Providing & fixing of star white vitreous China European wall hung pan with soft close seat and lid with CP brass hinges and rubber buffers with ceramic cistern complete, testing and commissioning to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge at all levels. (The purchase price (inclusive of all taxes) of WC pan with soft close seat and lid ,is Rs 3608/- and ceramic cistern including all accessories shall be taken as Rs 2262/- and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase price of approved make will be adjusted (will be paid extra or deducted ) while making payment to the contractor).

Providing & fixing of star white vitreous china under counter wash basin of approved size, C P brass waste assembly, CP brass bottle trap with extension piece 450mm long connections pipes wall flanges and rubber adapters for waste connection, CP brass angle valve, CP brass pillar cock, complete including CI/MS brackets duly painted, nuts, washers, etc. complete, testing and commissioning to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge at all levels. (The purchase price(inclusive of all taxes) of under counter WB is Rs 1463/-, CP brass pillar cock is Rs 1044/-, angle valve-Rs 672/-,bottle trap-Rs970/- , waste coupling Rs 299/- and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase price of approved make will be adjusted (will be paid extra or deducted ) while making payment to the contractor).

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge of PVC gully trap of size 160 x 110mm and CI grating 150mmx150mm size and water tight C.I cover with frames 300mmx300mm size(inside) the weight of cover to be not less than4.5kg and frame to be not less than2.7kg (CI MH cover and frame as per IS:1726) single sealed of size conveying to size the above mentioned items and constructing 30cmx30cm internal size gully trap chamber and depth upto 60cm,115 thk brick wall in CM 1:6 on a foundation of PCC 1:4:8.100mm thick plastering inside with CM 1:3,12mm thk with a neat cement flushing coat and conveying to site,cleaning ,installing and testing approved make PVC gully trap with 160mm outlet(Fabricated),surrounding with CC 1:1.5:3, 150x150mmm,top with CI grating above the PVC gulley trap and light duty CI cover and frame over the chamber including cost of all materials, etc complete as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil and unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50 m
