Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in harde/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm in soft/distengrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down , chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC Columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortor in CM 1:3 mix , 40mm thk in two coats, using polymer SBR Latex or equivalent as approved @ 5 Ltrs per 50 Kg bag of cement complete all as per manufacturer's Specifications/instructions and as directed. M&L for cleaning of vegetation, plants, bushes etc. from roofs/chajjas/walls including taking out of root and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 and plastering with CM 1:4 and painting with matching finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in paving /hard standing/ path etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B.

M&L for 75mm Thick Cement Concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm Graded Aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles any coloured / shed of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (a) wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding.

Taking down carefully old GI pipe of any hight any dia for repair and refixing the same duly cleaned and welded of copper strip as well as copper air termination with GI pipe and PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate for foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of panel box of size 1000 x 600 x 200 madeout of CRCA sheet 3mm thick for protection of flame proof switched including fixing/hanging arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing of GI pipe medium grade 50mm dia for air termination point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pipe Chemical earthing with GI pipe electrode 2.25m long having outer pipe nominal dia 80mm & inner dia 50mm dily filled with highly condictive and corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical Betonite 40%, Copper sulphate 20%, Gypsum 5%, Grafite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% Buried in ground digging a bore of 150mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non solube in water including PCC pit with RCC cover etc complete.
