Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-2, PCC (1:2:4) (40mm graded aggregate) as in path , hardstanding incl brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre & making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green laid in alternate panel with necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-2, PCC (1:2:4) (40mm graded aggregate) as in path , hardstanding & making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green laid in alternate panel with necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete type C-2, PCC (1:3:6) (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in surface channel and drain including formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid shall be alternate panels and joints filled with bituminous 1 part and 3 part of sand & finishing the surface with neat cement slurry @3 KG /per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 10mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compoundand sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ incl applying lime wash for full length ( 150 mm thick slab) before laying adjacent floor complete all as specified & directed

M & L for forming 20 mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for half brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to radius built in cement mortar 1:4 Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or condrete surfaces in CM (1:4) & water proofing compound mixed with second layer @ 3% finished even and smooth using extea cement complete all as specified & directed. Note -WPC shall not be measured and paid separetly.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering levelling and consoliation as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-polished machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured (rubber moulded) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with proper jointing, pointed with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 7-8 mm thick non skid ceramic paver tiles ( ENDURA-JOHNSON/ PAVER-ORIENTOR EQUIVALENT IN SOMANY / KHAJARIA ) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc . 0.11 sqm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the tile over & including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes over brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm incl demolition of old unserviceable tiles of any type complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for Pre-polished 25 mm thick chequered coloured paver tiles area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc . 0.11 sqm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the tile over & including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes over brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm incl demolition of old unserviceable tiles of any type complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for Precast RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slab , set in CM 1:4 incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 10mm dia and over TMT bars, cut to length bend to shape as required including cranking, hooking etc and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in road side kerb exc. 10 cm in width & setting in CM 1:4 incl earthwork in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC ( SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in floor/ fixed to wall with suitable size of MS clamps & nuts -bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm,complete all as specified and directed.
