ADDITION ALTERATION TO WESTERN LEANS OF INAS 336 HANGAR T 62 AT INS GARUDA NAVAL BASE KOCHI AND SPECIAL REPAIR TO EXISTING MOCK UP HELO DECKS FOR TRAINING OF AH SAILORS AT SFNA KOCHI

Taking down the existing water proofing treatment from the roof including cement mortor, removing debris off the premises and cleaning the roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick layer of rendering with CM 1:3 including WPC 3% over neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for providing water proofing treatment to the roof surface complete all as specified here-in-after and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. RCC surface shall be made dry, clean, even and checked for soundness. Removal of oil, dirt, laitance and other contaminants by manually and surface shall be fairy smooth finish. Plastering the floor wall junctions with cement mortar 1:4 admixed with Nitobond SBR or equivalent @ 1 litre per 50 kg bag of cement. Down take rain water pipe Annuar space packing using Conbextra GP2 or equivalent mixed water and filling as per manufacturer’s specifications. Water ponding for minimum for 48 hours to be done and injection grouting of construction joints, leaking spot and honey combs with cementatious pressure grouting with 40 psi pump using Cebex 100 or equivalent @225 gms mixed to 50kg bag of cement including joints packing using polymer modified mortar. Providing and applying water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surfaces and 1.5mm thick with 2 coats with interval period of 6 hrs over substrate at a coverage rate of 2kg/sqm using spray/squeegee/roller/brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700%(ASTM D412-90), tear resistance of 21 KN/m (ASTM D624-00) and tensile strength of >1.9N/nm2(ASTM D412-90). Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min 300mm height above the finalized floor level as per vendor recommendation. Laying 200gsm non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed before providing screed concrete. Screed to slope: Providing, batching, mixing transporting through transit mixers, pumping and laying controlled screed concrete of M20 grade of average 50 mm thickness with a minimum thickness of 50 mm at drain points and slope of 1:150 or required as per the site condition at all levels by admixing necessary admixtures conplast WL or equivalent @ 150ml per bag or cement and mixing graded fibrillated 100% virgin poly propylene fibres in concrete at the rate of 0.90kg/cum as per manufactures specification. Treatment to continue along the vertical surface of 300mm height in shape of round water, curing of 60mm x 100mm shall be provided in every 5m x 5m area, the joints shall be treated with elastomeric sealants Nitoseal PU 40 or equivalent.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete wall and ceiling surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone, boulder, precast PCC block masonry including all quoins, arches, pillar, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge exc. 63mm but n. exc 150mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of premises complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade, 10 mm thick (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1: 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles coloured, as in vertical surfaces, size 350x 250x 7 mm/450 x 350 x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
