Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in loose/soft soil for removing/laying of pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/materials, not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up CI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and all lead/Tyton joints including burning out , recovering and removing lead for 80 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up CI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and all lead/Tyton joints including burning out , recovering and removing lead for 100 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the bushes,grass,thorney bushes,small plants/trees upto a heig of 5 mtr. in and around different E/Minstallations/pump houses/RCC Tanks including surface dressing and removing the waste to a distance n.exc 50 mt away from the starting point complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work to be measured for once only for any specific Installations/Pump houses/RCC Tanks etc under the subject contract.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit in repair of size 120x120x120 cm (Internal dimension) with one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggs) as in bedding and coping and 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame all round the top fixed by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 60 mm embeded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggs)of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm including provision of hinges, welded with angle iron frame and MS cover, MS handle of suitable length, and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement with applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc crome primer and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil,and deolition of existing old unserviceable valve pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs/rectification to leakage of G I pipe line of 20 to 25 mm dia(bore) by replacing of old rusted fittings sch as elbow,socket,union.tee etc as per existing size aincluding necessary earthwork, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Complaint should have been rectified by the contractor within 24 hours of notified by the Eng-in-charge through complaint slip.Failling which a penal recovery of Rs 50/- per complaint will be recovered from any payment due to the contractor, GE's decission in this respect shall be final and binding to the contractor,Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to have been included the above provision.No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date in this respect.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items and total amount under col No 53 will be adjusted accordingly.
