Supply,install,commissioning and testing totally enclosed (silent operation with canopy,CPCB-II compliant ),static type Diesel Engine driven,liquid cooled, Generating set of 62.50 KVA/50KW capacity with AMF Panel accommodated within accoustic enclosure (at 0.8 lagging P.F) , 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase system & for 0.85 Load factor complete with safety control and metering equipment mounted on common base frame on new PCC foundation required at site and as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed comprising of the following.

(A) Prime Mover shall be 4 stroke 3/4 cylinder in line liquid cooled electric start , of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at ambient temperature of 50°C ,50% RH & at 1000m above MSL, turbo charged, electronic governor, conforms to BS:5514/ISO 3046, BS 5514, IS 10000, with capacity for continuous running of 12 Hrs and capable for taking 10% overload for one hour complete . The engine shall have noise limit of 75 dB(A) at 1 metre (or complied with CPCB and Environmental norms as notified by GoI time to time), Emission limit ( NOx + THC or NOx + NMHC or RHC <= 4.0 g/kW-hr, CO <= 3.5 g/kW-hr , PM <=0.2 g/kW-hr and Smoke limit <=0.7 m¯¹ as applicable to diesel engine) notified by Min of Env vide GSR 281(E) dt 07 Mar 2016(and amendment thereof ,if any). The OEM shall undertake Type approval and conformity of production certificate for emission standard for engine from agencies approved by Govt if India . Copy of the same shall be produced. The engine shall be engraved clearly as DIESEL on the cylinder block and a conformance label meeting the following requirement shall be affixed :- (a) Name and address of manufactuter of engine (b) Statement that the engine or product conforms to Env(Protection) Rules, 1986 (c) Type approval certificate number (d) Date of manufacture of engine (e) Rated speed and corresponding gross power in kW. The following accessories shall be as under :-

(i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling.

(ii) Mechnical FIP

(iii) Mechnical Governor/Electronic Governor ( Optional)

(iv) Raditor Cooled , turbo charged after cooled

(ii) Flexible coupling with guard

(iii) Air cleaners both oil type/dry type with filters

(iv) Lubricating oil filter, fuel filter, fuel pre filter

(v) Blower type fan

(vi) Fuel injecting system with injection pump. nozzles, governer (Electronic) of suitable capacity

(vii) Electric start equipment

(viii) Lead acid storage maintenance free battery 12 volts, 88 AH of suitable rating for62.50KVA DG set all as per manufacturer recommendations with charging. alternator, ammeter, as recommended by manufacturer make: Exide alongwith copper battery lead and connector.

(ix)Battery rack made out of MS angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 5mm( frame height 150 mm from Base )

(B) Protection to Genset

(i) Low lube oil pressure warning/shutdown (ii) High engine temp warning/shutdown (iii) Low coolant temp warning (iv)Sensor failure indication (v)Low/High battery voltage warning (vi)Weak battery warning (vii)Fail to start shutdown (viii)Cranking lockout (ix)High/Low AC Voltage shutdown (x) Under/Over frequency shutdown (xi)Loss of sencing voltage shutdown

C) FUEL TANK :- One No of sheet metal steel tank made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet of 150 Ltr capacity to hold diesel sufficient for 12 hours running at full load, tank shall be fitted with in canopy as per manufacturer's design including the following:- (i) Level indicator to indicate level of diesel in tank. (ii) Drain plug with 2.0 mtrs pipe for drain oil. (iii) fuel strainer. (iv) Pipe for fuel. (v) Air vent. (vi) Mannually operated fuel pump.

(D) Exhaüst silencer (Residental silencer) with exhaust piping of suitable size brought out side on top of size 76.5 mm dia and complete length of silencer and exhaust piping continuosly wrapped with 12 mm dia asbestos rope and suitable anti vibaration arrangement around pipe passing through wall.

(E) Engine mounted microprocessor based (preferably) Instrument panel with digital display for the following :-

(i) LED display type control panel as per manufacturere's linstructions indicating KWH, KVA, PF, Volts, Amps, HZ. RPM, Hour, oil pressure, oil temperature, coolent temperature fuel level battery charging ammeter, battery charging lamp and indicator lamp (RYB) Panel including MCCB of suitable rating with short circuit protection duly pre wired and displaying protection and safeties as under

Protection :- Short circuit, over load, over speed, earth fault as standard and reverse power as optional.

Safeties- Auto shut down, visual & audio alarm for low lub oil pressure, high coolant temperature, low fuel level, canopy temperature & radiator water lavel.

((F) Alternator 62.50 KVA brushless type at 0.8 power factor self regulated, self excited Class 'H' insulation limited to temperature rise of Class H salient pole revolving field, screen protected 3 phase with neutral 415 volts 50 Hz. 1500 RPM. as per IS: 13364/ IS 2613/ IS-4722 complete with automatic voltage regulator ( Electronic type) having voltage regulation +/-1%, SPDP enclosure IP 23 including making cable. connections, , permanent lubricating bearing. permissible overloading upto 10% for one hour, permissible unbalancing capability minimum 25% per phase and alternator control panel as supplied by manufacturer.

(G) AMF CONTROL PANEL- As per manufacturers design with the following options (a) Start/ stop settings including delay and timing setting duly| programmable (b) programmable timing for idle running (c) Auto/ manual option (d) Self starting kiks for three times or as per programme (e) Alarm for any fault with buzzer and indicating lamp (f) One main supply voltage monitor ( g) One alternator supply voltage monitor. (h) One set of DC control relays and timers. (j) One set of control relays for the automatic control system.

(H) Base frame sturdy, MS fabricated channel iron base frame for mounting the engine & alternator with anti vibration pads

(J) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET :- Supply and fixing Hospital grade silencer with rain cap suitably optimised to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF/CPCB enclosure suitable for 62.50 KVA capacity diesel Generator set duly fabricated of channel and CRCA sheet 16SWG of required size having doors , insulation sides and top by mineral rock wool conforming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness accoustic louvers /outlet. ventilation system etc . complete as per manufacturers instructions with wiring and lighting arrangements duly painted of three coats of dulux gloss synthetic enamalled paint over a primer coat or as directed of suitable size all as required at site and comprising of the following :-

((H) Acoustic Louvers / Attenuators at Air inlet/outlet :-The sparked grade acoustic frame spare and accessories louvers provides excellent sound attenuation and good weather protection. Single blade and chevron blade louvers are manufacture from 16 SWG CRCA sheet top section with an acoustic in fill of resin bonded mineral rock wool has a density of 96 Kg/m3 .The under section is formed from 18 SWG CRCA performed sheet after covering with resistance tissues to prevent fire migration or by means of acoustic lined ducts.

(J).Acoustic encloser of suitable size to accommodate DG set 62.50 KVA, modular construction, fabricated out of 3mm thick cold annealed CRCA sheet duly epoxy painted doors to pe provided with high quality EDPN gasket, duly epoxy painted. The canopy to be equipped with heavy duty with heavy duty fins of reputed manufacturer for air circulatiion and cooling the canopy. Rock wool of requiste density Kg per M3(cum) to be used for insulation. Enclosure to with be provided one light point controlled with one switch for internal lighting. (K) FOUNDATION: Foundation of the DG set (PCC/RCC) will be provided by the contractor and will be made as per the manufacturers instruction and follow IS code of practice for foundation of rotary machineres and necessary excavation of soft , hard rock to make foundation to be included in the quoted rates . Cost of foundaton is deemed to be included in the rate of this item.

(L) INSPECTION PORT :- Aluminium box frame with double welded glass fix type sealed with EPDM/neoprene rubber gasket, for viewing instrument panel.

NOTE (a) The engine of DG set suitably conditioned to suit the climatic condition of Mil stn Raiwala , so as to give desired outputs including and testing up to 10% over load. (b)The items required for testing of DG set e.g. fuel, tripod, tools water tank etc. and panel shall be provided by the contractor and the rate of which is deemed to to be included in the rate of this item. Testing of DG set will be carried out as specified. (c) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manufacturer and cost thereof shall be included in the quoted prices . (d)Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer,s instructions |and cost thereof shall be included in the price quoted. (e) DG Set shall be placed at the site directed by Eng-in charge. (f)Testing, of DG set shall be done as per relevent clause of PS.

Supplying , laying commisioning and testing of 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminium stranded conducter LTUG Cable of size 50sqmm 3.5 core ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI Marked as in trenches/ducts/ through pipe under road complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The Earth work,GI pipe Shall be measured and paid Sepretely under appropriate item of Sch A

Supplying , laying commisioning and testing of 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminium stranded conducter LTUG Cable of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI Marked as in trenches/ducts/ through pipe under road complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The Earth work,GI pipe Shall be measured and paid Sepretely under appropriate item of Sch A

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning , filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.)

M&L for well brunt bricks sub class 'B' in old size as cable protection laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and laid 80 mm GI light grade pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 32x6 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt,thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI 32X6 mm strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade Gi pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed on wall batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn n conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situtation for loop earthing etc of 32 x 6 mm GI strip. complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labor for Design, supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and Commissioning factory made, LT panel board, Out door type, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proofm suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 hz, AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, both side open able, made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet steel, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS : 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work / support made out of suitable size of angle iron / flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size (minimum 1.5 sqmm), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation etc with and including following all as specified and directed : - (a) Busbarchamber : Electrically grade copper shrouded bus bar of capacity equal to 1.5 times of rated incoming control switch gear including interconnection of all switch gears, fixed on DMC insulators and provision of extension.

Outgoing : (a) (i) MCCB 63 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 25 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete all as specified and directed. 02 Nos (ii) MCCB 40Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 25 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete all as specified and directed. 01 Nos . Notes : - (a) Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tanks pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth. (8 tanks pretreatment process includes : degreasing / water rinsing / de-rusting / water rinsing / activation / phosphating / water rinsing / passlvation. (b) Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for power coating shall be furnished along with LT panel. (c) The panel manufacturer should have CPRI certificate for manufacturer of panel and produce the CPRI certficate during submit panel desgin and following certification :-

(i) CPRI Certification Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests). (ii) CPRI certificates short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A. (iv) All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs should be of same make, (v) Drawing of panel board should be got approved from AGE(I) before fabrication. (vi) Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

Supply and Fix cable route indicator of minimum 120mm dia and thikness of the plates not less than 6mm, embeded 11KV HT of bold letters, welded on 2 feet MS angle of size 40/40 mm on plates including grounding 1.5 feet under ground and PCC complete all as specified and directed
