Technical Bid

RequiredExperience in door to door or shop to shop collection or collection from bulk generators is required

RequiredNotarized copies of ownership of vehicles RC book or notarized copies of lease agreements shall be produced along with the bid. The notarized copies of RC book to provide proof of date of manufacture of the vehicles is to be produced

RequiredThe bidder shall have either ownership or lease of covered tipper Lorries with a minimum capacity of nine metric tones specified for each package. The date of manufacture of the Lorries shall be after April 2014. If the Lorries are on lease the lease period shall be valid for three years from the date of submission of bids. The Lorries shall be of the specification given in the annexure

RequiredThe bidder shall provide certificate of experience detailing scope of work done or provide certified copies of agreements as proof of his experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Past Experience

The bidder should have experience in collection, transportation and disposal of wastes for at least three years. However the contractor who is performing the general collection, cleaning and transportation contract in any range is not eligible to apply for this contract in that range
