S/R H.L bridge over river Salandi on R.D.road to Naripur road for the Year 2025-26

Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 with 40 mm nominal size of hand/crusher broken hand granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation up to a depth of 1.5m.below ground level and up to a height of 1.5m above Ground level or Bed level including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including curing dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost,conveyance, royalty,taxes of all materials required for the work, including supplying and working of pumps and all other materials required for the work, TandP articles, including all labour finishing the exposed surface, smooth, providfing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete as per spoecification for Road and Bridge works and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm thick Cement plaster 1:4 to R.C.C.surface finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment curing etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Priming 1-coat with any approved primer including all labour etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over new plaster work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expansion joint and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 Grade, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate 20 mm down graded, mixed in a concrete mixer and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods by mechanical means to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
