Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth in all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge: All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, in all lead and lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, in all lead and lift. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : "1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position plum concrete with hard stones bolders in Retaining wall etc. upto all heights and level, size and shape, etc. with cement concrete with mix (1:3:6) 1 cement,3 coarse sand,6graded stone aggregrate 40mm nominal size using maximum 40% hard stone boulders in plum concrete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Supplying and filling in plinth with 20mm aggregate under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying 70mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking grass paver block of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia Un-plasticized rigid PVC pipe of required size for weep holes in plum concrete walls including cutting, placing and fixing in required slope all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. pressed butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete. 100x58x1.90 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : 300x16 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.
