Dismantling of UNSV Street Lights of any capacity from existing poles / fixed on building at any height complete all specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Taking down old unsv electric cable of any size and capacity

M & L for PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm X 4 Core

All as per Item No-4 here-in-before but of size 35 Sqmm 4 core

Supply & fix in repair old unsv / damaged Pole mounted junction box/cut-out box/fuse box for road/street lighting for LED based lighting system including MCB SP 6 amps 01 Nos , 02 Nos busbar aluminium mounted on pole by means of MS clamps etc all as directed.

M & L for replacement of old unsv / damaged 3 Core Cable with copper conductor PVC round sheathed (Flexible ) Industrial cable of size 1.5 sqmm , PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed ISI marked cable as specified & directed.

M&L in repair of Earthing for panel and other machinery/eqpt using GI strip as earth lead and MS galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate is not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strips 25 x 4mm with GI pipe, nuts, bolts and washers complete upto and including test point made out of 40x3mm GI flat, PCC pit of required size in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and RCC cover with frame, charcoal, common salt15cm at round the earth plate watering pipe 20mm med grade/galvanized and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for GI strip protected steel with funnel complete all as specified and directed as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009. NOTE : If the desired earth resistence is not found , earthing shall be re-done by the Contractor at No Extra Cost paid by the Dept.

M & L in repair of old unsv / damaged aluminium strip 32 x 6mm fixed with batten / saddles to wall or on roof and fixing screws, insulators rawal plugs etc for conductor on wall upto test point all as specified.

M & L in repair of old unsv / damaged 4 Pole MCCB 63 amps, 16 KA all as specified and directed .

Replacement of old unsv / burnt out Electronic Driver for Street Security Light of capacity of 20W to 40W suitable for 240V all as per IS , specified & directed.

All as per Item No- 17 here-in-before but for capacity of 40W to 75W .

M & L in repair for Lightning Arresters for Magzine Sheds , outdoor use, made from EC Grade solid copper bar of 16mm dia, 950mm long with 38mm X 25mm solid copper ball on top embedded with 8mm X 100mm copper spikes. All blunt edged and gun metal base heavy duty alongwith accessories required for installation complete.

M&L in repair for fixing of Wooden block Heavy weight of size 30x30x30cm with hole of 20cm for fixing of air termination rods complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fixing in repair of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw completed all as specified.

Painting to poles including cross arms, 'V' brackets, 'D' clamps, nuts, bolts, complete including painting with five strips of 30cm each black and white paint in alternate strips from the base of pole upto 1.5mtr height complete, spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of first quality silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including complete removal of old paint by scratching, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Steel pole of any size and setting aside for re-use within 50 mtrs complete all specified and directed at site.

Re-fixing of Steel pole of 9 mtr long at new location within 50 mtrs complete all specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation and getting out in hard dense soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavted soil to a distance nexc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) lean concrete below foundation of poles including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of LT Panel alongwith with its all cable connections from its original location and Re-fixing LT Panel for re-use within 50 mtrs with its all cable connections including making PCC block type 0.6 Mtr above ground level grouting etc, with compression / crimping type sleeve joints for jointing conductors including treatment with conducting jelly , also includes provision of suitable size of cable glands,cable lugs,nut, bolts,washers etc. The bottom portion of enclosure shall be minimum 60 cm above ground level of legs of angle iron )complete all specified and directed at site.
