Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement to RCC ceiling, chhajjas, roof projection,fascia,fins,parapet, waist slab on RCC staircase etc and similar likes at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder, formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 3 mm thick wall care putty including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for first quality Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles jointless, 7-8 mm thick (area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm) laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for first quality Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x 450x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement of required shape and size as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over & incl 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm over & including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone flooring 18-20 mm thick (size of kota stone slab not less than 55cm X 55cm) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish laid over and including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes and including dismantling of existing kota stone floor/ tiles also in scattered places complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Granite 20 mm thick (of any type) table rubbed & polished in steps , jambs, cills, shelves etc including cutting of holes for fixing WHB in cement mortar 1:4 & pointing with white cement with marble dust using admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantaling of existing floor/tiles complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces of any description,over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described including prepration to new or previously untreated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description,over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described including prepration to new or previously untreated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of bricks or brick tiles/PCC or terracing tiles (laid flat or on edge) of any thickness, any layer on roofs and removing the demolished mterial out side the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing tarfelt any no. of layers/ plaster/ Thermo seal etc as in water proofing treatment to roof and cleaning the surface with wire brushes including removal of all dust or dirt etc to the distance outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the demolished material out side the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing average 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg ) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound finishing even and fair without using extra cement as in under layer of roof treatment at any height complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shell be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade having tensile strength of 650 N/Sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 90/10 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and on drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as per manufacturer instructions,specified and directed.

M&L for applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade having tensile strength of 650 N/Sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 90/10 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm complete all as per manufacturer instructions,specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick solid single side prelam (Texture to be approved by GE) PVC sheet and fixing at site on wall with solvents cement and headless nails etc, complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick solid PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall by means of solvents/nails/screws to make grid as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or rivetted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railing; frameworks of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick glass reinforced gypsum (GRG) ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595mm of approved design fixed with powder coated (powder coating on web bottom only) GI grid consisting of main Tee section of size (15mm x 30mm), cross Tee section of size (15mm x 23mm) and powder coated GI wall angle of size (20mm x 20mm) suitable for mounting tiles of 595 x 595mm with 4mm dia GI wire suspender including fabrication complete all as per manufacturers instructions fixed with steel rawl plug with nut and bolts arrangement with grid size 60x120cm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully of flame proof/normal point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets etc) removing from site of work and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc all as directed
