Supply, Erection Testing & Commissioning of 20 mtr High Mast lighting system with bottom dia 410 mm,Top dia 150 mm and 4 & 4 mm thick G.I sheet etc.complete with all accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per ISO 18001 and wind tunnel test report shall be submited. It shall also include accessories for High Mast including head frame, steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch (type test report of the winch shall be conducted through I.I.T. and the same shall be submitted to the deptt. for approval ) Galvanized Lantern carrige arrangement suitable for 8 & 4 Nos Illuminaires symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightining final. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. The High mast shall be complete with foundation bolts manufactured from special steel and Hot dip Galvanized along with nutts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc. including carrige of material through manual and mechanical means in all lead, lift and height. Supply, Erection Testing & Commissioning of out door type control panel of size 775*500*250 mm housing suitable control circuit for the operation of the mast. It shall also consits of suitable control for the power tool motor complete with automatic timer, MCCB, DB etc. complete including carrige of materials through mannual and mechanical means in all lead, lifts & heights.

Construction of standard size shallow foundation as per approved desing with M 20 grade concrete for 20 mtr. High mast considring the safe soil/ tested bearing capacity at sites as 10 T/ sq mtr at 2 M depth with all materials & labours. Also including carriage of materials through manual mechanical mean in all lead, lift and height.

Supply, of G.I. pipe earthing for high Mast Lights with 3 M long 40 mm dia. G.I. pipe including connection of high mast earth terminal with 25*3 mm G.I flat with all materials & labour etc. including carrige of materials through manual and mechanical means in all lead, lift and height.

Supply and laying of aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/ XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volt grade direct in ground to be laid 1 mtr below the ground level inculding excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as per required size. Armoured cable 25 sq. mm (four core) including carrige of materials by manual and mechanical means in all lead, lift and height.
