Excavation in earth work in foundation trenches etc. lift upto 1.5mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers as and when required complete Pick and jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1Cement:5Sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in foundation footing bases of columns etc.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns pillars piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor two level excluding cost of centering shuttering and strutting finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in bottom square portion.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in RCC wall.

Providing mild steel tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete (Tor Steel)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1Cement:2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate) fnished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.
