Welding to broken joints at top and bottom n exc. 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded n.exc,6mm, making the welded joint smooth by grinding etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing broken hinges with new MS hinges 75mm of same pattern, complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing broken /unserviceable door handle with new mild steel chromium plated handled with fittings completer all as shown on drawing and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable bottom based leg duly painted with two coates of synthetic enamelled olive green paint over a coat of zinc chrome metel primer. MS sheet for legs shall be 1.00mm thick to be fixed by Gas welding after removing the existing unserviceable legs complete all as shown on drawing and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable Almirah locks with new lock, 50mm size , 4 liver brass with duplicate keys complete all as shown on drawing and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement existing old worn out unserviceable shelves with new shelves made out of MS plain sheet of 1mm thick nominal thickness ,made to shape and size, complete all as shown on drawing and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting to complete almirah internally and externally both sides after preparing the surface by scraping, cleaning, denting, applying putty etc and finally applying two coats of synthetic emamel paint olive greeen by spray machine over a coat of zinc chrome metal primer , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing front leg made out of sheesham wood made to shape duly wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked legs carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –Charge.

Supply and fixing Rear leg made out of sheesham wood made to shape dully wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked legs carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –Charge.

Supply and fixing Side front and back rails made out of sheesham wood made to shape dulyWroughted all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked rails carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –Charge.

Removal of unserviceable cane and recaning complete seat of chair dinning with plastic cane 0.4mm thick 2mm wide woven of approved quality in godrej pattern, complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Polishing to chair new or old with French polish after filling the holes, cracks with putty and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/burnt saina the surface to direct vision, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –Charge.

Painting of old chair verandah (steel frame structure) with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of chromium red oxide metal primer , after complete removal of existing paint including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of unserviceable cane and recaning complete seat and back of chair veradah with plastic cane 4mm wide of approved quality in godrej pattern, complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable parts of Charpoy GI pipe as under, replacing the same as per drgs, making functional (i) Taking out old worn out and unserviceable nylone newar and providing new plywood 12mm thick 7 Nos of ply BWR Grade ISI marked to IS-303 type BB plywood commercial type of size 1980 x 950mm with and including 8mm dia round head counter shank bolts and nuts and with washer by drilling 3 holes each on long rails and 2 holes each on short rails complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in – Charge. : Make Kitply

(ii) Taking out old worn out and unserviceable ply wood top and providing new plywood top 12mm thick 7 Nos of ply BWR Grade ISI marked to IS-303 type BB plywood commercial type of size 1980 x 950mm with and including 8mm dia round head counter shank bolts and nut

Removing old unserviceable parts of Bed Ply wood Top as under, replacing the same as per drgs, making functional. (i) Supply and fixing of Long rail of sheesham wood made to shape as per drawing after taking out old broken long rails complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –Charge.

(ii) Supply and fixing in position Plywood 12mm top of bed 12mm thick (10 Nos of Ply) BWR commercial type of size 1800x 900mm as top of bed fixed with screws with three stiffeners after taking out the unserviceable ply, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –Charge.

(iii) Material and labour for polishing the bed new or old exposed to view with French polish and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/burnt saina the surface to direct vision complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Removing old unserviceable parts of table office clerk steel as under, replacing the same as per drgs and making functional. (i) Removing of dents and bends and smoothening the defective place and repairs to drawers as to slide easily in and out of the table including lock of drawers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in – Charge.

(ii) Replacement of unserviceable top with new top made out of size 1200 x 600 x 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade one side teak faced duly beading all round the top, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in – Charge.

Removing old unserviceable part of Table 900 x 600 x 760mm without drawer as under replacing the same as per drgs and making functional. (i) Supply and fixing leg made of sheesham wood made to shape duly wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked legs carefully complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in – Charge.

(ii) Supply and fixing of both Short rails made of sheesham wood made to shape duly wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked short rails, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in – Charge.

(iii) Supply and fixing long rails made of sheesham wood made to shape duly wroughted all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked long rails, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in – Charge.

(iv) Supply and fixing of new top made pre-laminated particle board size 900x600x19mm thick (OST) made to shape duly teak edging all round the top as per drg after taking out old broken/ cracked top, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in – Charge.

(v) Material and labour for polishing the table with French polish after filling the holes cracked with putty and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/burnt saina to the directs visions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in – Charge.
