M & L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside and outside of overhead PVC service tank of exc 250 but n. exc 500 liters capacity through bacteriological treatmentby using TERBAC GS, TERBAC-G-65 and ultra violet ray. First stage: Drain out the water by using exist valve or high capacity dewatering system without disturbing the other material/item. Second stage: Claen th all algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G 10, a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tank. Third stage : Clean the tank with fresh water by high speed jet pump.. Fourth Stage: Bacteria screening by decertification using TERBAC-G5, a Govt laboratotory certified branded halogen compound. Fifth stage: Cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. Sixth stage: Second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. Seventh stage: Cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65. Note: Cost of staging and necessary working platform shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. Contracor shall ensure necessary safety precaution and insurance of workers during execution. The quoted rates shall deemed to be included the cost of writing date of cleaning, due date and capacity of tank shall be mentioned over tank.

Supply and fixed in position two layered ISI marked rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including cover, using new GI tank/PPR or other type of material tank nipples and unions for inlet and outlet pipe connection of same internal bore dia. and one for cleaning with dead plug , including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable water storage tank complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed Plain galvanised mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick as in ridges, hips, valley gutters of any shape and size, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 micron etc. including dismantling and taking down of any guage, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc. including dismantling and taking down Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Fixing only 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc. including dismantling and taking down Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs 4mm thick Asbestos Cement plain building boards for ceiling in flat or sloping fixed to timber framework with screws etc. including preparation of new asbestos surfaces of ceiling and apply two coats of white wash including preparation of surface complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, with sectional area exc. 6Sqcm but not exc. 13Sqcm in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or beads etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F for coloured glazed pre coated chequered cement concrete tiles of any shape and size, 20-25mm thick with grey cement with pigment,; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment in floors including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and dismantalling of existing tiling with screed bedding complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed for glazed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) in vertical surface, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.16 sqm, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the tile colour over 15mm thick rendering in cement sand mortar 1:4 including dismantalling of existing tiles with screed bed/plastering complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed for ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) in flooring, area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exc 0.16 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the tile colour over 15mm thick screed bedding in cement sand mortar (1:6) including dismantalling of existing tiles with screed bed/plastering complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm crushed and graded stoone aggregate) in flooring and finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including dismanatlling of existing PCC floor complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed plain sheet glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or in wooden frmae with new wooden beadings in square/rectangular or of any shape not exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane etc. including hacking out old glasses complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 cm wide with brass chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60 cm long complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Attending day to day complaints for petty repairs to leakage of bib taps, pillar cock, stop cock, waste pipes, float valves, angle valve, concealed valve, GI union, joints of GI pipe, re-fixing of bottle trap, wash hand basin, wall mixer, WHB mixer etc, by changing the PVC washers/,Sheet washers, cistern leaking/adjustments or any other minor accessories etc complete in all respect as specified and directed. NOTE:-Minimun two plumbers alongwith with two helpers with necessary tool and plant shall be provided by contractor per day to attend the complaint, and the complaint for the attended qtr is valid for two months, if complaint re-registred the same will be carried out without any extra cost to the deapartment , the printed complaint book duly serially numbered for this will be provided by the contractor, if complaints are registered more, the men power will be increased by the contractor, the rates for these are deemed to include in the quoted rates.Failure to complete the job within 24 hrs, penality of Rs 200 per day per complaint will be recovered from the contractor till the date of completion)

NOTE:-Minimun two carpenters alongwith with two helpers with necessary tool and plant shall be provided by contractor per day to attend the complaint, and the complaint for the attended qtr is valid for two months, if complaint re-registred the same will be carried out without any extra cost to the deapartment , the printed complaint book duly serial numbered for this will be provided by the contractor, if complaints are registered more, the more tradesmen will be increased by the contractor, the rates for these are deemed to include in the quoted rates. Failure to complete the job within 24 hrs, penality of Rs 200 per day per complaint will be recovered from the contractor till the date of completion)

Supplied and fixed 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete in all respect as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 56 here-in-before but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick, second class HW, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F rolled section as in chowkhat/frame for door/vent/CB chowkhats and the like fixed with angle, hollow tubes etc., cleat and connecting plates complete (Butt hinges shall be measured and paid for separately) using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality A complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Provision of shelves, shutters, back side, top, bottom, side, made out of 17-18mm thick one side decorative laminated PVC sheet , all required brackets, screws etc,. The panel shall be fabricated using adhesives and screws whereever required.
