Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead up to 100 metres Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment up to a distance of 100 metres (average lead 50 metres),including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 301).

Cold Milling Cold Milling of Bituminous Pavement surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine, without disturbing the under lying layers, to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for re-use, necessary guarding, barricading & lighting, including hire charges of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For depth upto 100mm

Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches with good local sand free from earth not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness including inundating each layer by profuse water and porking and rammimg layer by layer. Quality of sand is to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.(Reference to MORT&H's specification 304).

1 Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material 1A Plant Mix Method Construction of granular sub-base byproviding graded material such asnatural sand/crushed gravel/crushedstone/combination depending uponthe required grading spreading inuniform layers with motor grader onprepared surface, mixing byappropriate mechanical mixure (withcontrolled addition of water), and compacting with vibratory roller toachieve at least 98% of the maximumdry density for the materialdetermined as per IS:2720 (Part 8),complete as per clause 401 (v) Rate per cum for grading-V Material

Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC/PVC/HDPC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications (Reference to MORT&H's specifications 2706 & 2200).

Supplying and Laying in the particular pattern of cement concrete block pavements with BIS certification and spacer nib of size and shape with aspect ratio as per IS 15658 with cement concrete grade not less than M40 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of bedding sand of 30 to 50 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps between two paver block with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2) complete as per IRC SP - 63 with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction,levelling and filling up of the edge gaps with mortar. Type I, II,III, IV should be as per design requeirment or instruction of E-I-C. b) Type - II (100 mm thickness) inter locking system

Supplying. preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious microconcrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and jackting of damaged R.C.C.members. The micro concrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MPa after 24 hours. 40 Mpaafter 7 days and 50Mpa aftre 28 days at 300C. It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPaafter 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete.

Sealing of cracks/porous concrete (within the limits of practical pressure100kpa -400kpa until refusal ) by injection process through nipples/Grouting complete as per Technical Specification (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2806).Cement Grouting

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate conforming to the grading of table 400-13 revised vide table 2 of IRC : 109 (2015) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density .The thickness of a single compacted layer shall not be less than 75 mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification 406.
