Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in benching, coping for drain, etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel/drain, complerte all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in floors and finished cement concrete surface even and smoth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Cement Concrete(1;3:6) type C2 using 40mm grade stone aggragete in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work laid flat or on edge or brick tiles in floors, channels, Kerbs aprons etc laid bedded and pointed complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in side of drain/channel, jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' laid on edge as in drains bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished with even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted plastered/concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
