| 1.01 | Cleaning, Sweeping, Vacuum Cleaning, Mopping, dusting and washing of whole building i.e. officer’s cabins, staff area, basements, lobby, outer roads and toilets etc including collection/dumping of garbage (interior and exterior both) daily and whenever asked by officer-in-charge.
This includes maintenance and repair of all the carpentry and toilet work etc inside/outside the building including the use of consumables as per scope of DNIT which will be borne by the bidder.
Activities include
1) Window cleaning (Area 17222 sft) of the whole building (interior and exterior both) daily and whenever asked by officer-in-charge.
2)Maintenance of lawns and flower pots (Area 10279 sft) i.e. watering, grass cutting, trimming, pruning, irrigation, weeding etc of existing lawns and plantation of seasonal flowers on each floor.
3)Lift operating services safely and effectively and ensure that equipments are maintained in good and safe working condition
4)Operation & Maintenance of WTP and STP as per scope of work.
5)Operation & Maintenance of Water Coolers along with R.O. System etc.
Note:- Approx covered Area 242000 Sqft ( including 3 No.basment)
