Plain cement concrete grade M-10(ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) curing complete including the cost of form work within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures for all kinds of soil as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto any lead, dressing of sides and bottoms and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying flame finish granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm (eighteen millimetre) thick stone slab over 20 mm (twenty millimetre) (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etcetera at all levels complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
