Civil Work Construction of RCC overhead tank 400 KL capacity on 25 m Staging pure Conical elivated type (as per Archtechural design and drawing) including geotechnical investigation(soil testing) structural design and drawing vetted from reputed institute like I.I.T. Roorkee or equivalent & accordingly design and supply of labour, material, T&P testing Complete. The earthquake resistant design must be in conformity with IS:456, IS:3370,IS:1893, IS:13932 & IS:13920 (latest versions) etc. Water retaining portion i.e. container of O.H.T. will be constructed in M-30 design mix concrete or as per latest guidelines of BIS. The work also include.
Supplying & fixing of Electronics, water level indicator confirming to latest specifications & as per direction of engineer I/C
Supplying & fixing of lighting conductor arrangements including earthing as per latest I.S. code.
Supplying & fixing of 1 Nos. inlet of 200mm dia, 1 no.outlet one of 250mm dia , washout of dia 150mm and over flow of dia 200mm of D.I.D/F (Class K-9) pipes and their DI sluice valves as per relevent IS code, duck foot bends on sutaible R.C.C. column based on raft foundation as per direction of Engineer- in- charge other special etc. including supply of all materials, necessarily required for jointing and erecting. The limits of pipe fixing shall be from dome of the tank to one meter outside the apron of the tank. Overflow pipe shall be vertical type at required position or otherwise specified. Also, construction of 3 Nos. inlet-1 No. outlet - 1 No. washout/over flow chambers and their R.C.C. covers as per departmental type design. Complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Filling the tank as many times as required with water and testing for water tightness and making it water tight, water for testing the tank shall be arranged by the contractor.
Supplying & Painting the outlet inlet, washout and over flow pipe with one coat of oxide primer (Asian, Berger, Nerolac etc.) and two coats of paint of approved quality (Asian, Berger, Nerolac etc.) and shade.
Supplying & Painting the entire tank with three coats of (including base coat) exterior weather coat Apex or equivalent of Asian, Berger, Nerolac etc. of approved quality and shade as per direction of the Engineer-In-charges.
Supplying & Filling of earth, ramming and watering the earth upto the plinth level which will be about 1.00 M above from natural ground level for construction floor & projecting one meter form the tank columns and 1 M wide apron with suitable drain. Floor shall be 40mm thick P.C.C. 1:2:4 over 80 mm thick P.C.C. 1:4:8 at floor of the tank with suitable glass strips. 230 mm thick masonary walls in 1:6 cement sand mortar requires to raise ground level to plinth level including all materials etc.
Dismantling / Removal of interlocking paver block in roads/ shoulders for pipeline trenches , valve chambers, thrust blocks etc. manually including stacking serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with all lead and lift and as per specifications and direction of Engineer incharge

Supply, delivery and fixing of brand new Bulk Water Meter (Woltmann type cold water meter) of approved make having facility to incorporate RF based wireless remote transreceivers for automatic meter reading. The water meters shall be with removable mechanism, magnetic drive, dry dial, hermetically sealed register, class B type, manufacutured in accordance with ISO-4064 standards or equivalent and approved by the Engineer . The meter body shall be flanged end for connection and the bolt hole drilling shall be as per IS 1538. The meter body shall be cast iron as per IS 210 Gr FG260 and shall be coated with a high quality fusion bonded powder coating inside and outside the meter body. The meters shall be equipped with a suitable strainer for longer life of the meter. The meters performance specifications shall be EEC/ISO-4064 Class-B performance. Accuracy shall be in accordance with ISO & EEC class B. The meter shall be suitable to work at working pressure of 10 Bar & temperature of 45oC. Providing, House Service Connection (Single service connection) from Ductile Iron distribution main to property limit, including supply and fixing of brass ferrule conforming to IS:2692 , clamp saddle of non-corrosive Engineering Plastic (Polyethylene) body moulded with Stainless steel threaded metal insert for tapping outlet. The stirrup metal plate shall be duly embedded in the plastic body, except at the place of nut-bolt lugs. Threading size and dimensions shall conform to IS: 554. The design of the saddle body should be such that, the service connection outlet metal insert shall project out towards pipe side and align with the hole drilled on the pipe to ensure positive locking against rocking or creeping on the pipe, as might be caused by vibration, pressure or excessive external loading. Saddle Seal shall be of virgin rubber SBR Grade 30 / NBR (NSF 61 approved).Saddle straps shall be made of Engineering plastic (Polyethylene of PE 100 Grade). be contoured gasket to provide a positive initial seal, which increases with increase in the line pressure.
