Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall be registered as a firm private limited company or a public limited company or a partnership firm formed in accordance with prevailing acts

A firm shall submit only one application in the tendering process, either individually or as a partner director, member, agent as an applicant. Any person who submits or participates directly or indirectly in more than one application will cause all the applications in which person has participated to be disqualified

The bidder should have experience of minimum two years in operating pay & park systems with any government agency

The bidder should have gross annual turnover during the previous two financial year of a sum equal to 75.00 Lakhs and furnish the certificate issued by Government approved Chartered Accountant with VALID UDIN Number

The applicant should be presently operating a minimum of one parking lot in any location in Karnataka
