COMPOUND LIGHT Dismantling the existing damaged compound lighting arrangement form the wall, roof top of the 2 nos building and mending good the damages. And handed over the same to the authority.

S & D of 240V, 10800 Lumens (minimum) LED Street Light Fittings with IP 66/ 67, IK 07 protection including 10 KV SPD with CCT 5700K & Luminious efficacy 120Lumen/Watt minimum or better, burning hour 100000 at L70850, LED Driver should with stand 440V for 8 hours Inbuilt surge protection 4 KV and 10 KV Surge protection inside lumunaries. The LED luminaires and accessories shall have BEE Certification & LED should be with lens (Light efficacy will not get depriciated less than equal to 70% of the rated value over the lifetime of the Luminaries) (Make: Philips(Signify) / Surya/ Crompton/Havells, Make approved by EIC) (Manufacturer warranty should not less than 3 years) on existing minipole with replacecing the old one,.

Fixing only outdoor / street light type fluorescent light fitting or MV light fitting complete with all accessories to be fixed /projected from the wall of the building incl. making holes/providing clamping arrangement & necy. GI reducer as required. S&F 40 mm GI pipe (ISI-Medium) quality 1.5 mts. average length having suitable bend S&F necy. length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required and mending good damages to wall incl. painting etc.

Fixing of the avove flood light fittings on the existing iron strutue of the sign board and making necy. Connection.

Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint.( for compound light 36 nos, gate light - 2 nos)

TIMERS S&F of 250V double door AC Timer DB [equivalent of 2+10 way SPNDB] with sheet steel enclosure, pnosphitised powder coated neutral bar, DIN rail with IP-43 potection comprising with 1 no. 25A DPMCB ('C' curve 10KA), 1 no. 6-25A SP MCB ('C' curve 10kA), 1no. Programmable Digital time switch-24 hrs with minimum switching of 15 minutes and 1 no. 18A/25A 2-Pole power contractor with inner plate & 1 no. 25A Modular starter on outer plate and internal wiring by suitable size of Cu wire incl. 1 no. Auto-Manual bypass toggle switch and provision for earthing attachment, incl. LED indication light for running condition with mechanical locking arrangement, as directed by EIC [Compound Light & Metal Sign Board] [Make-ABB/L&T/Crabtree]

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 kV 3 (three) core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed 1.5 sqmm copper cable (Make - Polycab / Havells / RR Kabel / Gloster)

Supplying & fixing medium gauge 50 mm dia GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required

Supply and installation of 02 Nos metal sign board incl. S/F single sided sign board having approximate size of 20 ft X 4 ft fabricated with 1" X 1" M S square Hollow bar which will be rigidly fixed on a separate frame fabricated with 50mm X 50 mm X 6mm angle and 50mm X 6 mm M S flat bar incl. holding structure and support by 50mm X 6mm MS clamp on wall as per requirement at site. The facia length with top bottom and other two sides of the M S frame will be covered with 4 mm thick aluminium composite poly coated board incl. painting arrangement as per direction of E I C. Box type fabricated high quality glossy stainless steel letters will be fixed on thisfacia by nuts , boalts and washers and necessary drilled holes incl. threading etc. incl over all back side anticorrossive painting . The matter may be provided latter.

M.S. works in brackets made from flats, angles, tees etc. to sizes specialy bent, twisted, forged; making holes drilled and fitted to rafter of trusses with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc. (length of straight not less than 230 mm) [PWD Schedule 2017 for Building Works Page no. 103 item no. 8 read with Corrigendum no. 3 sl no.6] (MS Beam/joist of(16 ft long and 150x75x08mm in size) ) each

Making CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly Size 0.6x0.6x1.70 mts incl Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing an iron structure on the roof with parapet wall on which metal sign board will be placed. To make the structure, 5 nos. 8 ft long 65 mm x 65 mm x 5 mm thick equal iron angle will be fixed vertically and 2 nos. 6 mt long iron angle will be fixed horizontally and arrangements will be made so that 8 nos. LED flood light can be installed from the top level of the structure.The structure should be made in such a way that there is no damage to the sign board even in high wind pressure. All necessary arrangements should be made to make the structure and attach it to the wall such as cutting, welding, finishing, painting etc. ( For roof top sign board) as per direction of EIC.

S&D of 230 V., 20 W., decorative Heritage type post top LED Gate light fitting with IP65 protection and necessary accessories (Philips/ CG/Havells -RUBYPT25WLED757SSYMTOPC/ Bajaj) with warrenty. (for Gate lighting )

Fixing the above Gate light fittings on the top of the pillar of the main entranice by s & fixing 40 mm dia. GI pipe of 24" long on the piller after chiping the concreate with making necy. cementing work etc. incl Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator as per direction of EIC.

Charges for making heavy type scaffolding arrangement hiring materials and removing after work as required.
