Supply of 3-phase, 3-core, 6.35/11 KV, 185 sqmm XLPE insulated & insulation screened Aluminium, FRLS Power Cable Conductor as per IS 7098/II/1985 and latest amendments.
Design, Engineering, Supply of 11 KV, 800 Amps continuos rated current, 350 MVA rupturing capacity Indoor Vaccum Circuit Breaker( for outgoing feeder) , complete with 1 set of CT of ratio 200/1-1, Control & Relay Pannel Simplex type with 110 Volt DC actuated electrical closing/tripping mechanism and internal wiring, 2-Over current & 1-earth fault combined Micom digital relay,1 no.electromechanical AREVA Master Trip Relay, auxiliary relays as required,1 no.L&T / SECURE make "Tri- Vector" Meter(SCADA compatible), 3- Ammeter, 1 -Voltmeter, 1 -C.T operated static KW meter , with panel bus mounted C.T and integral earthing facility including inernal arc tested panel Conforming to relevant ISS/IEC as reqd.including standard indication facilities as per requirement and with a provision to connect existing 11 KV Bus with necessary power & control cable as detailed herein after. Design, Engineering, Supply of 11 KV, 1250 Amps continuos rated current, 350 MVA rupturing capacity Indoor Vaccum Circuit Breaker pannel, complete with (Simplex type) 110 Volt DC actuated electrical/mechanical closing/tripping mechanism and internal wiring, 1 -Voltmeter , indicator lamp and integral earthing facility including inernal arc tested panel Conforming to relevant ISS/IEC as reqd.including standard indication facilities as per requirement and with a provision to connect existing 11 KV Bus with necessary power & control cable as detailed herein.
Supply of Earthing set as per ISS: 3034 of 1966 alongwith upto date ammadement, having 2.5 mtr long perporated 40 mm dia hot dip heavy duty G.I. pipe (ISI marked) with holes i/c a pair of 50X6mm GI flat and 12mm, 65mm long nuts & bolts and excavation, refilling with alternate layer of salt (60 Kg) & charcoal (55Kg) etc as reqd, Polythene pipe (1") as per direction of Engg -in charge as per REC specefication.
Supply of 4 way (1 incoming and 3 outgoing feeder) H.T KIOSK / 11KV outdoor type feeder piller made of 3 mm MS Sheet complete with aluminium busbar, HT insulator etc as required provided withfront and back side door and locking system and painting to be fitted on structure of M S Angle (50X50X6mm) and M S Flat (40X6mm) including supply of M S Angle and Flat as required and concreting of ratio 1:2:4 [0.054cum/leg] with excavation of earth centering shuttering & disposal of excess soil.
Supply of PE 80 Grade, PN-6, OD-110mm, wall thickness 6.3-to Max7.2 mm of HDPE Pipe of different length as per engineering requirement including laying of 3-phase 3-core 6.35/11 KV 185 sqmm. XLPE insulated conductor & insulation screened Aluminium Power CableXLPE cable through HDPE pipe above ground level for riser to Pole and other places where required etc as required and fitting fixing of pipe to pole with the help of Crossarm, Clamp, Nuts & Bolts.
Supply of Outdoor type Cable end joints suitable for 3 core, 6.35/11 KV, 185 mm² XLPE Cable.
Supply of Indoor type Cable end joints suitable for 3 core, 6.35/11 KV, 185 mm² XLPE Cable.
Supply of “Metallic T-shaped Pillar" for under-ground cable line marker is made up with cast iron in round shape disc which is 150 mm dia and 6 mm thick with 1.0 mtr. Long 50x50x6 mm angle fixed by nuts and bolts with touch welding with caption on the Disc "HT line" with Grouting C: C of ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 river sand : 4 Jhama brick aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in/c supply of cement, sand & brick aggregate complete with excavation, refilling of earth, ramming along with centering & shuttering as reqd. as per direction of engineer in charge.
Supply of 2.80mtr long M.S Bracket made of 75x40x40x6 mm M.S. channel in/c fabrication alongwith drilling holes (5/8"), Supply of required nos of Clamps by MS Flat (Size: 50X6mm), required length of Nuts & Bolts (5/8") etc as reqd for fitting & fixing on pole i/c applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved quality on Bracket i/c painting (two or more coats) with Aluminium paint of approved quality to give an even shape as per direction of Engg -in charge.

SCHEDULE -B Erection
Carrying of Following items from Store Division AD Nagar To work site/ ESD store by mechanical /mannual/ handcart carriage as reqd. (a) Line materials(like ACSR/insulator/Steel Materials)
Carrige of 9 m. long Steel Pole from Sub-division Stack yard to work site by Mechanical Transport, hand cart manual labour including loading, unloading, stacking etc. as required. (Steel poles will be Supplied by TSECL).
Erection of 9.0 mtr long Steel Pole direct in earth including excavation, refilling and ramming etc as required (1/6th length of the pole to be embedded in earth) etc as required including grouting as per direction of engineer in charge .[will be supplied by TSECL].

Excavation of Cable Entry pit and Laying and commissioning of 3-phase 3-core, 6.35/11KV 185 Sq.mm XLPE insulated Aluminium power cable direct below earth the roed serface through HDPE PIPE by all terrain horizontal directional drilling / digging machine boaring across the road crossing /river crossing/ cherra crossing without effecting the existing road surface at a depth of minimum 1100mm or as per site requirement of TSECL depending on approved road survey including supply, laying of PE 80 Grade, PN-6, OD-110mm, wall thickness 6.3-to Max7.2 mm of HDPE Pipe and coiling of excess cable below the earth surface at a depth of minimum 1100mm with protecting by double layer bricks soiling as per site requirement of TSECL.
Laying and Commissioning of 3-phase 3-core, 6.35/11 KV 185 sqmm XLPE insulated Aluminium power cable in trenches (Dimention: 500mm width & 1100mm depth excluding specific locations where this is likely to vary on higher side) including : (a) Formation of trench by excavation of soil (b) Supply and spreading of sand in 2 (two) layers each of 150mm thick one on trench bed and the other over cable laid (c) Supply and laying of double layer flat brick soling over the 2nd layer of spreaded sand & (d) Refilling of excavated earth over the flat brick soling work upto the ground level and coiling of excess cable below the earth surface at a depth of minimum 1100mm with protecting by double layer bricks soiling as per design, specefication & engineering requirement of TSECL.
Erection of PE 80 Grade, PN-6, OD-110mm, wall thickness 6.3-to Max7.2 mm of HDPE Pipe of different length as per engineering requirement including laying of 3-phase 3-core 6.35/11 KV 185 sqmm. XLPE insulated conductor & insulation screened Aluminium Power CableXLPE cable through HDPE pipe above ground level for riser to Pole and other places where required etc as required and fitting fixing of pipe to pole with the help of Crossarm, Clamp, Nuts & Bolts.
Erection of PE 80 Grade, PN-6, OD-110mm, wall thickness 6.3-to Max7.2 mm of HDPE Pipe of different length as per engineering requirement including boaring and laying of HDPE pipe, drawing and commissioning of 3-phase, 3-core, 6.35/11 KV, 185 sqmm XLPE insulated & insulation screened Aluminium Power Cable Conductor 1100 mm below the earth surface through HDPE pipe by manually as per direction of Engineering In Charge.

Erection of two post, 3 phase, 12 KV, 200 Amps manually Gang opereted Air break switch, 3 post verticle type Single break, complete with post insulator for operation in 11 KV, 50 Hz, AC system as per relevant IS with supply of clamps, nuts & bolts, bimetalic lugs etc as reqd. as per direction of Engg -in charge.(GO Switch will be supplied by TSECL)
Erection of 9 KV, 5 KN, Polymeric Lightening Arrester suitable nominal system voltage of 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC system, creepage distance 600 mm, confirming to ISS : 3070/1985. (LA will be supplied by TSECL)

I. wire as per ISS : 280/1978 amended latest with heavy coating as per ISS : 4826 / 1968 of tensile strength 55 to 95 Kgf / mm i/c fastening with cross arm & metallic parts for earth contunity wire & metal parts to earth electrode as per direction of Engineer In-charge.(GI Wire will be supplied by TSECL)
Erection of Polimeric Pin insulator for 11 KV system with mechanical strength 10 KN confirming to ISS: 731/1971 with galvanised hexagonal nuts, G.I. flat washer & G.I. pin washer confirming to ISS: 2486 (P-II) / 1974 in/c supply of G.I. pin etc as reqd. (Pin insulator will be supplied by TSECL)
Erection of Polymeric Disc insulator Ball & Socket type for 11KV System (EMS-45KN) confirming to ISS:731/1971 in angle and dead end locations including tension disc fittings of EMS-45KN to accommodate the revelent ACSR conductor size along with nuts and bolts, washer etc as required in complete as per dirction of Engineer -in charge. (Disc insulator will be supplied by TSECL)
