M&L for lifting of submersible pump motor set of any description and capacity including dismantling MS column pipe, steel wire rope from the bore well upto a depth of 90 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Re-installations of pump and motor set in the bore well in the same position alongwith all necessary work like fixing of column pipe, connections of rope with U clamps, connection to the discharge line, dry revolution test etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the submersible motor of any make for assessing the extent of repair for inspection of Engr-in-Charge and transporation of motor from site to the work shop for repair/rewinding (rewinding and spares will be measured separately under relevant item as supply only) including repalcement of unserviceable minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, rubber ring etc, return back the motor from workshop to site after complete repair duly painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surfaces for motor capacity up to 10 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note: Item rate includes transportation of motor from site to workshop (Leh) and back.

Rewinding, repairing, servicing and testing of the submersible (wet type winding) induction motor with existing size and type copper conductor wires suitable for the motor of 415 volts 3 phase AC supply. The size of the winding wire will be that of the existing winding wire etc. including replacement of thrust bearing 01 No, water seal as directed and required complete Up to 10 HP Submersible motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra cement) including taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk white primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded on sand/cement pointed in mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35Grade with grey cement and pigment used, excluding laying of sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Sand will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for 75mm thick, cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors & pavings, plinth protection, path, etc. finishing top surface even and Smooth with using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm PCC cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified

Dismantling wall and ceilling boards of any description including cover fillets complete.

M & L 9 mm thick Prelaminated Partical Board interior grade prelamination one side & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceiling.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section unframed work in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggergate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Roof truss (framed) trussed, purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam tee, angle,hollow section, channel or flat sections) inclusing distance pieces,cleats etc Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality B, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red lead primed steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 27091.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
