This item has been decontrolled by RDSO so all bidders complying the below mentioned eligibility condition shall be eligible for the placement of purchase order.(do not confuse with above mentioned , purchase restriction:- from RDSO approved sources, this is appearing due to portal technical limitations) Eligibility Condition:- Procurement shall be done from the bidders who have supplied at least 20% of the tendered quantity for the tendered item to any Indian Railway production unit or Zonal Railways or any state or central govt. deptt., either through single or multiple Purchase orders, in the last three financial years and the current financial year up to the tender closing date. Firm shall submit documentary evidence as proof of execution of PO, such as copies of R.note/CRAC/CRN/completion report. (Bidders who have supplied the tendered item to Bhavnagar Division/ Bhavnagar Workshop in last 03 years do not require to submit the performance proof)

Only Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their authorized dealers are eligible to participate in the tender. Authorized dealers participating in tender must submit tender specific authorization certificate issued by OEM along with their offer, failing which offer shall be summarily rejected.

The local supplier at the time of tender, bidding or solicitation shall be required to provide self certification that the item offered meets the minimum local content and shall give details of the locations(s) at which the local value addition is made.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
