MULTIPROCESS CONTROL TRAINER SET UP - Specifications:- Setup must contain Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature loops also derived loops like cascade and feedforward loops. Temperature loop must be independent. Setups consist of a circulating closed loop water plant or circulating water system including control valve, tanks, independent pumps and necessary valves including bypass valves and rotameters. Using this we can be able to do flow control loop with PID,level control loop with PID,and pressure control PID, as independent experiments. All tanks made of SS304, with sight glass, and finished with mat steel finish. 3.2 no’s Smart DP transmitter for flow and level measurement with HART protocol, display and keys integrated for calibration,0-1000mmh2o measurement range,0.01% accuracy, international ISO certified CE approved make,24v supply,4-20ma output, loop powered. 4,1nos of magnetic flowmeter with display and keys integrated for calibration,0-2000lph measurement range, read out: 0 - 100%, 4-20mA lcd display,0.05% accuracy, international ISO certified CE approved make,24v supply,4-20ma output to measure flow as a independent loop. 5,. Smart pressure transmitter and temperature transmitters with HART protocol, display and keys integrated for calibration, pressure transmitter 0-10bar measurement range, read out: 0 - 100%, 4-20mA lcd display,0.05% accuracy, temperature transmitter 0-250 rtd type international ISO certified CE approved make,24v supply,4-20ma output, loop powered. 6, Pressure tank of 24 Liters with necessary valves for pressure loop. 7.1nos orifice plate (SS304) and assembly grade with flange 1/2-inch size for flow measurement. 8.2 nos pumps 0.5hp, SS centrifugal pump, minimum 1-inch pipeline of SS or high-pressure withstanding plastic with plastic welding. 9. Rotameters 2nos 1 inch size Flow: 200-2000 L/h,SS thread, clear acrylic type. 10, PLC control station with 4 analogue inputs and one analogue output with necessary digital inputs and outputs to operate all loops directly from panel side.Plc must have ethernet connectivity with supported protocols profinet and Modbus tcpip. 11.required all pneumatic components to full fill the process loops such as FR,needle valves etc. 12,I to P converter 4-20ma to 3-15psi with 1/4" process connection with proper copper copper tubing. 13, loop including Flow pid control, Level pid control, Pressure pid control, Cascade control (Level Flow), Ratio control (Flow Flow). 14.All loops can be operated using a SCADA system and independent pushbutton control includes trend of all analogue signals and pid tuning. Scada direct profinet connectivity to plc and Computer with intel i5 processor, 8GB DDR3 RAM,1TB SATA HDD,licenced windows 11 professional. 15, Required a standalone software application that must be installed on pc in which it can used to control and monitor all the functions used in Scada. The application must contain process parameter trend graph plot for to study about process loops. 16.The whole system setup must be in MS powder coated standalone mobile table with lockable castor wheels. All the components used be industrial. Copper tubing for air connection, pressure gauges 4inches 3nos, electrical wiring connection to be flexible for to connect field devices. Panel with Switches, indicator, Test Points with banana connectors as required, multistrand wire with proper insulated lugs, ferruling & neat wire dressing & clamping. 17.The setup must be ready to do the experiments. Experiment Manuals and documents must be provided.
