Per Month Comprehensive Maintenance Service Contract Charges for Preventive Maintenance, Repairs & Servicing of AMF Panels (Application to DG Set 100KVA to 750KVA) and inclusive of all Spares Cost for Replacement of During AMC Period, Such as timers, Contactors, fuses, indicators, MCBs, etc, complete (Except AMF Relay, 100A and above main incomer contactors / MCCB / ACB switch etc.) Ups 5Nos x3 years x12 Months-180 Nos.

Scope of Work: 1. Cleaning of all UPS systems, AMF panels, APFC panels and asociated equipment, internally and externally, using air blower/vacuum cleaner, subject to shutdown availability or as permitted by the department. 2. Visual inspection of all equipment for dust accumulation, overheating marks, loose components, corrosion, deformation, abnormal noise or smell. 3. Checking, testing and adjustment (if required) of all electrical parameters including input/output voltage, current, frequency, power factor, DC voltage and current. 4. Checking, calibration and verification of control and protection parameters of PCBs, relays, controllers, meters and monitoring devices.

5. Checking and tightening of all power, control, neutral and earthing connections including busbars, terminals and lugs, wherever shutdown is feasible. 6. Functional checking of UPS rectifier, inverter and static switch sections and verification of operation in normal, battery and bypass modes, including battery health test and controlled discharge with prior approval. 7. Functional testing of AMF panels in auto and manual modes including mains failure simulation, DG start/stop, load transfer and re-transfer. 8. Functional checking of APFC panels including APFC relay settings, capacitor banks, contactors, reactors and automatic step switching to maintain required power factor.

9. Preventive maintenance visit once every month during normal business hours and unlimited breakdown visits during the contract period for fault diagnosis, rectification and restoration. 10. Supply and replacement of all defective spare parts, components, PCBs, relays, contactors and accessories required for normal functioning at no extra cost. 11. Engineers shall carry out necessary operational tests to ensure correct functioning in all operating modes and submit service reports after every visit, strictly following OEM guidelines and safety norms.

Note: 1. Failure to attend a breakdown call within 24 hours of intimation shall attract a penalty of ₹500 per day per equipment, subject to a maximum of 10% of the annual contract value. 2. Failure to rectify the fault within 48 hours of site attendance shall attract a penalty of ₹1,000 per day per equipment until normal operation is restored. 3. Non-conduct of scheduled monthly preventive maintenance shall attract a penalty of ₹1,000 per missed visit.

Per Month Carryout routine maintenance, servicing and testing of 630A to 1000A L.T.ACB by cleaning fixed contacts, moving contacts and arcchutes including servicing and putting the ACB in perfect working condition after detting all relay and ON, OFF mechanism etc done with only manufacturing companies.
