Supply, Testing & Commissioning of 3 phase, 415V, 50 HZ, 62.5 KVA Silent Diesel Generator Set comprising of Engine, Alternator, AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, CPCB II approved acoustic enclosure incl. all inter connection between Generator and AMF panel etc. having following specification: (Make :Koel Green)

Engine: (a) Make :Koel Green (b) Output (Prime) - 83 BHP. (c) Aspiration - Turbo Charged. (d) No of Stroke - 4 (e) RPM - 1500 (f) Battery - 12 volt 100 AH or suitable each with connecting leads & terminals. Make: Exide/ Amaron (g) Type of Cooling - Liquid Cooled.

(h) Air Intake System - Air intake manifold with air filter system. (i) Exhaust System - Provided with turbo charger & residential exhaust silencer with flexible bellow and companion flanges inside the acoustic enclosure. (j) Coupling & Fly Wheels - Befitting coupling, Fly wheel & Fly wheel housing. (k) Lubricating System - Provided with Oil pan, engine mounted lube oil pump and lube oil filter along with first fill of lube oil. (l) Fuel System - Comprising of fuel pump with electronic governor, 12V solenoid coil and replaceable fuel filter. (m) Starting System - 12V DC electric starter and 12V Battery charging alternator.

(n) Safety Control - Comprising of protection against low lube oil pressure trip, high water temperature trip & Emergency stop switch. (o) Power Start Control: (i) Provided with Microprocessor based generator set monitoring & control system mounted in the Genset Control Panel. (ii) LED Lamp indication for GENSET RUNNING REMOTE START, SHUT DOWN, WARNING MANUAL, AUTO & STOP. (iii) Data Log includes Engine run time & Controller on time. (iv) Engine Data Display Arrangement - Starting Battery Voltage, Engine Running Hour, Engine Temperature & engine oil pressure.

(p) Lub oil consumption - Should be < 0.3% of S.F.C. Alternator : (a) Make :LEROY SOMER / MECC ALTE. (b) Rating: 62.5 KVA. (c) Type of Alternator : Brushless, self excited & self- regulated through (d) Voltage Regulation : ± 1% (max.) in static condition. (e) Overload : Permissible overload of 10% for 1 hour in 12 hours of operation, (f) Protection : IP - 23 protections with Class - H Insulation. BASE FRAME : Common MS Channel fabricated base frame, primer coated & painted, containing the engine and the alternator mounted through AVM Pads.

AMF Panel Make : Koel Green Comprising of Powder coated sheet metal body of thickness 16 SWG, capable of switching over within 15 seconds and comprising of required 4-P MCCB power contactors, bus bars, automatic battery charger, overload relay, fuse switches, inbuilt manual bypass switch, indicating lamps, ON delay timer for load change over OFF Delay timer for engine shut off, under voltage relay etc. as required. Fuel Tank: Detachable tank built inside base frame complete with drain valve, air vent inlet & outlet connections, fuel gauge; having capacity for 8 hrs. operation Acoustic Enclosure: High quality, sound proof, weatherproof, environment friendly Acoustic Enclosure fabricated from 16 SWG Sheet Steel & powder coated, specially design to meet up CPCB standards to maintain the noise level below 75dB (A) at a distance of 1 Meter from acoustic enclosure under free field condition. **** NOTE: i) Efficiency not less than 90% . ii) Warranty 2 Years or 5000 hours whichever is earlier.

Terms and condition The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Release of security will be as per PWD notification no.5784-PW/L&A/2M-175/2017 dated:12.09.2017
