Refurbishment of Dry gas seal at DR
GBC DRY GAS SEAL REFURBISHMENT
MANDATORY INSPECTION/ BALANCING/ ROTOR STACKUP/ REASSEMBLY, Strip, clean inspect all component, check calibration- Clean mating ring, check groove depths of mating rings, Check and adjust rotor stack up, Re-balance cartridge- Replace springs- Replace Tolerance strip- Re-build cartridge.
Apply short static and dynamic -pressure test to maximum and minimum operating conditions with seal.
Inboard seal Re-Lap & Re- Groove:-S/96111/1/291.
Outboard seal Re-Lap & Re- Groove:-S/96111/1/291.
Re-Coat barrier seal sleeve:-S/96116/1/663.
Replace Inboard Face:-1063/G56/348 if required and removed unused parts return to M/s: IOCL in properly packed and seal condition
Replace Outboard Face:-1063/G56/348 if required and removed unused parts return to M/s: IOCL in properly packed and seal condition
Replace Inboard Thrust Ring:-1063/G57/229 if required and removed unused parts return to M/s: IOCL in properly packed and seal condition.
Replace Outboard Thrust Ring:-1063/G57/229 if required and removed unused parts return to M/s: IOCL in properly packed and seal condition
Replace Carbon Segments for Barrier Seal:-S/96112/1/637 if required and removed unused parts return to M/s: IOCL in properly packed and seal condition.
Spares Kit:-S/96119/1/199.
Replace Face retainer S/96104/1/229 if required and removed unused parts return to M/s: IOCL in properly packed and seal condition.
