Cement concrete of specified grades at all locations & depths for the following works using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including necessary form work, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes: a) Reinforcement provided if any shall be measured & paid under relevant item. b) MS frame works around pedestals etc. if provided shall be measured under relevant item. c) The dimensions of pedestals/ foundations are likely to be varied and rate quoted shall be final without any additional cost to the Department.
PCC M-10 grade in bed concrete to foundations, pedestal, encasing etc.
M-15 grade in sub base flooring, foundation in pedestals, cable pits, cable trenches, plinth protection, encasing etc.
Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S.456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, using 20mm maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes for Reinforced Cement Concrete works: i) Cement for structural works shall be OPC/PPC ISI marked and duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. ii) PPC/ blended cement of ISI marked shall only be used for finishing works on prior approval of Engineer-in-charge. iii) All RCC work shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings and specifications. iv) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. v) All coarse aggregate to be of 20mm. maximum size & uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. vi) The water tank and other tanks shall be executed strictly as per following criteria without any additional cost. a) The water tank and other tank work shall be executed as per IS 3370 latest editions in addition to other relevant IS code mentioned elsewhere. b) The minimum cement content for water retaining structures tank shall not be less than 330 kg/cum and not more than 400 kg/cum. c) During construction of raft slab of underground tank, lift pit dewatering shall be continuously carried out to avoid developent of water pressure. d) Dead load in the form of sand bag shall be placed on the raft slab of underground tank, lift pit, so as to counteract the pore pressure untill the walls are constructed and back filling is done. Number of sand bags required and time period of loading etc. shall be at the descretion of the Engineer in Charge. vii) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Department. a) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. b) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, hooks, other pipe specials etc. supplied by/ through the dept. c) Making cutout whereever required including cutting the form works etc. d) Test for Concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.
For all type of Structural/ RCC elements with all geometrical shape and sizes
Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS :4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufacturers for all type of structural elements/ RCC/ PCC elements including transporting, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. Notes: i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval for RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. iii) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure works.
Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/ removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation and plinth at all locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/ RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, where plastering to be done, including all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes for form work: a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. b) The rate of form work shall include all type of structural/ RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces. c) For double/ multi stage shuttering design calculations and details / drawings for scaffolding shall be submitted by the contractor well in advance. Prior written approval of formwork shall be obtained from Engineer in Charge, before commencement of work. d) Nothing extra shall be entertained for revision in drawings
Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineerin charge. Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.
Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, JSW and RINL only.
Brick masonry work in foundation and plinth, cable pits, trench, steps etc. using well burnt bricks from approved lot, of class designation 5 (classification as per IS 1077-1992 and min. average compression strength not less than 5 N/mm2 ) in Cement Mortar 1:6 to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints/ simultaneous flush pointing with cement mortar 1:4, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note for Brick masonry work: i) One brick wall thickness shall be considered as 230 mm and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimension by the contractor in Cement Mortar 1:4 to proper line, level & plumb without any extra cost to the department. ii) The rate shall include cost of making the brick masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. iii) The contractor shall get approved the samples of bricks from the Engineer-In- Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. iv) Necessary Openings/ nitches/ cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-In-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.
Cement plaster of following thickness in single/ double coat over concrete/ masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 below plinth, for lift pit/ trenches/ nalla and all levels and locations to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., finished smooth with neat cement finish, including preparing the surface, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
20 mm thick smooth finish in two coats on concrete surfaces (internal trench/pit/nalla) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.
Disposing off the surplus excavated materials beyond initial lead by mechanical transport to the near by dumping pits/ dumping areas within 3 km inside the site premises including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible.

Supplying and spreading pesticides chlorpyriphos or other chemical approved by central insecticides board as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-construction anti-termite treatment at the rate of 7.5 liters per sq.m. on vertical and 5 ltrs. per sq.m. on horizontal surfaces (or as directed by the manufacturer) within the trenches, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm. centre to centre etc. complete as per IS 6313 Part-II. (The payment will be made on the basis of plinth area measurement only at ground floor/ stilt area for all stages of operation and vertical face will not be measured for payment) all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: a) This item will be executed through approved agency who is a member of Indian Pest Control Association, approved by Central Insecticides Board. b) The contractor shall have to furnish ten years guarantee in the prescribed proforma as per Section-10 (iv) Conditions and clauses of contract-2008, to maintain the anti-termite treated area/ structure free from termite. c) Prior approval of Engineer in Charge shall be obtained after testing the chemical for antitermite to be used and shall be tested in approved laboratory and to be submitted to Engineer in Charge. Cost of testing shall be included in the rates quoted.
Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick at plinth level in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm. maximum size and down graded stone aggregate, mixed with approved water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement laid to levels, slopes etc. including applying a coat of hot bitumen of grade 80/100 at 17 kg./10 sq.m. including cost of form work, curing all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying patent box type cement based water proofing treatment of approved agency for basement raft, vertical walls, lift well & trenches etc. at all levels & locations as per specification of the water proofing agency including cleaning of surfaces, curing and testing the basement raft/ pit for water tightness, rectification of defects if any, etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes for waterproofing works:- a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer-in-charge, for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing agency before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section 10 (iii) of Condition & Clauses of Contract 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the water proofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a weeks time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects. d) The contractor shall keep the watertank and other tanks filled with water after the water proofing work has been completed and shall clean it before handing over. At no time shall the water tank be kept empty. Testing for the bone dry condition for the waterproofing work carried out shall again be done, before handing over the flats/building, if found necessary by the Engineer-in-charge. e) Wherever Cement mortar is to be used it shall be with Ready mix mortar for all waterproofing work with suitable proportioning for richer mix.
Providing 50 mm to 70mm thick waterproofing treatment on horizontal surfaces for base/ floor consisting of i) Ist layer shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality rough stone slab over a 25mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion. Joints shall be sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in proportions recommended by the manufacturer. ii) 2nd layer of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10mm to 12mm nominal size spreading @ 8cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.
Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality (rough stone slab) with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in recommended proportion with a gap of 20mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior stone slab with cement mortar1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 20mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Structural steel work in frames, covers, roofs using rectangular hollow sections,angles, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, inserts fabricated out of mild steel bars, ISMC, ISMB, angles, pipes, plates etc. of all shapes, sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes/ chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete/ masonry work with necessary hold fasts/ screws & rawl plugs and finishing the concrete/ masonry work after fixing/ embedding including painting two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint on all unexposed surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces over a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.(Yst 310 grade wherever required as per drawing)
Providing & laying NP2/ NP3 class of following diameter RCC hume pipe including making holes in masonry/ concrete work wherever required, making good the holes after laying the hume pipe with collar joints using stiff mixture of cement mortar (1:2) and sealing open ends with wooden bush etc. all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Earthwork, road work and PCC for embedment shall be paid under relevant items)

PART I-B : SUPER-STRUCTURE (STRUCTURAL) i) Super structure items included in this schedule pertains to all the works above plinth level upto roof including parapets, water tanks, machine room, terrace level works etc. unless specified otherwise.
Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-30 in super structure conforming to IS 456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, at all floors and levels for all structural members in all geometrical shapes/ design as per drawings using graded stone aggregate of 20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge. PART - I-E : MASONRY WORK Notes: a) The contractor shall get approved the samples of fly ash bricks from the Engineer-In-Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. b) Necessary Openings/ nitches/ pipe sleeves/ cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-In-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. c) Masonry wall thickness shall be considered as 230mm/ 150mm/ 115mm thick and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimensions by the contractor in CM 1:4 using Ready Mix Mortar to proper line, level and plumb without any extra cost to the Department. d) The rate shall include cost of making fly ash bricks to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department.
Brick masonry in super structure at all floors and locations using solid fly ash bricks of 230mm thick conforming to IS12894 latest edition from approved lots of class designation 7.5 (with min. average compressive strength not less than 7.50 N/mm2 ) in CM 1:6 in walls to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Total of Part- I - E - MASONRY WORK
PART -I-F : FLOORING WORK Notes: a) Adjustment of levels in thickness of mortar bedding due to different types of flooring, if any, shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department upto theoritical floor thickness of 50mm b) In case theoritical floor thicknes is increased to accommodate Raceways/ Electrical service boxes, additional bedding material beyond floor thickness of 50mm shall be paid extra in lean concrete as approved by EIC. c) The contractor shall submit and get approved the sample for flooring, skirting, dado tiles from Engineer in charge before bulk procurement. d) Pattern & design of flooring/ skirting/ dado shall be approved by the Engineer in charge before commencement of work. e) All Exposed edges of all natural stones used for the works like Kotah, Marble, Granite etc. shall be machine cut and shall have uniform thickness, moulded/ champered and mirror polished with high gloss finish as approved by Engineer in charge unless otherwise mentioned. f) The rate shall include cost of making Designs/ patterns in the flooring to all geometrical shapes/ curves of different radius and sizes with no extra cost to the Department. (Any curved design/ patterns in flooring/ Dado, tiles/ stones shall be cut using water jet at factory) g) All Kota stone work shall be mirror polished to get high gloss finish and the rate shall be inclusive of the same in the respective item. h) Wherever dissimilar floor finishes are placed adjacent 3mm thick x 25mm wide aluminium flat dividing strips shall be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Department. i) The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly. j) The contractor is to take appropriate step to protect the polishing surface/ glazed surfaces of granite stone, vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles flooring and pre polished kotah stone for tread and riser by providing and laying 6mm thick POP during construction period without any additional cost. The surfaces are to be cleaned only at the time of handing over.
Providing and laying at all floors and levels 6mm.(min.) thick or as per specifications of approved manufacturer first quality matt finished/ anti skid/ rectified ceramic tile flooring /dado/cladding as per the approved pattern and colour as mentioned below in cement mortar bedding /backing, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings/ cutout if necessary, wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc. complete all as per Engineer in Charge. Note: The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.

PART I-G : DOORS AND WINDOWS Note: a) The items of door frames, window frames shall include sealing the joints all round with the masonry work/ concrete and doors or windows with approved mastic filler cement grout/ epoxy compound/polysulphide compound or by any other means whatsoever, by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to make the joints watertight. b) The work contemplated under the item for supplying and fixing the window/door frames shall be got done by the contractor through specialised agencies in the field, approved by the Department. c) One sample each of the door frame, shutter and window with all fittings and fixtures along with locking arrangement including glass panes etc. complete as per schedule of quantities drawing and specifications should be submitted for preliminary inspection before procurement on large scale. The contractor shall submit six copies of shop drawings for windows, ventilators and steel door with frames showing dimensional details of construction etc. for approval of the Engineer-in-charge. After preliminary inspection, the sample should be fixed. Defects etc, if any shall be rectified to the full satisfaction of the Department and after obtaining formal approval in writing of Engineer in charge. d) Door frames, shutters and the windows to be supplied and fixed in position should cater the dimensional tolerance of the openings to an extent of (+/-) 2%. The rates quoted by the tenderers should hold good for such variation. Test shall be conducted by the Department for the flush doors as per IS-2202-1983 Part-I from each consignment and the cost incurred on this account shall be borne by the contractor. e) For bonding the flush doors, block boards, ply wood and all types of wood works, phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin type adhesives conforming to IS-848-1957 shall be used. f) The rate shall include cost of making the doors & windows etc. in all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. g) Decorative veneer and lamination sheets if mentioned shall be hot pressed at factory during manufacturing of door shutters.

TOTAL OF PART : I-H : FITTING & FIXTURES:
PART - I-I : WATERPROOFING TREATMENT: a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer in Charge for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section10 (iii) of Conditions and Clauses of Contract - 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification with in a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects. d) The Contractor shall keep the water tank filled with water after the water proofing work has been completed and shall clean it before handing over. At no time shall the water tank be kept empty. Testing for the bone dry condition for the water proofing work carried out shall again be done, before handing over the Building/ flats, if found necessary by the Engineer in Charge. e) Wherever Cement motar is to be used it shall be with Ready mix mortar for all waterproofing work with suitable proportioning for richer mix.
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of the agency approved by department, including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, terraces etc mixing with waterproofing compound as per IS : 2645 :2003, with average thickness of 115mm and minimum thickness at drain point as 65 mm. Following works are included in above item. a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/ brick bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar using C.M 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry & making pattern of 300x300mm square 3mm deep or suitable to receive the China Mosaic waterproofing treatment wherever specified. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in Charge.
Extra for additional thickness of brick bat coba using cement mortar over and above standard average thickness of 115 mm. for effective slope wherever required.
Filling in bath, W/C, toilet, depressed areas with water proofing brick bat coba of the agency approved by the Dept. at all floors and locations up to the required level and making the surface finished suitable to receive floor finish etc. all complete as per drawings and water proofing agency's specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., Kitchen and the like consisting of : i) 1st course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4. Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound `Impermo' of Snowcem or equivalent conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions. ii) IInd course of cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions, 20mm thick up to finished floor level and 15mm thick above finished floor level up to 600mm. iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 Kg per sqm of area. iv) IV th course of 200 micron thick PVC sheet (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/sqm.) Note: Surface area of the depressed portion upto finished floor level, shall only be considered for payment. Rate shall be quoted accordingly.
Providing cement based water proofing treatment by 'Injection & Surface' method of the agency approved by the dept. cement based water proofing treatment of 50 mm. and 20mm. thick for the floor and walls respectively at terrace water tanks, lift well, Tanks for STP, finished perfectly smooth to correct line, level and plumb including preparing the existing surfaces, necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per waterproofing agency's specifications and testing water tank for the water tightness and rectification of defects, if any, to render the outer surface bone dry etc. complete as per specifications, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

PART I - J : PLASTERING WORK : Note: a) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. b) Whenever the electrical contractor/ agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. c) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. d) No extra claim/cement consumption shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams.

Constructing brick masonry Inspection chambers of internal sizes 900 X 600mm at bottom and 900 X 450mm at top for an initial depth of 600mm consisting following items of work. i) 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:2 over 150 mm thick bed in cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 with 150 mm offset all-around, tapering of longitudinal walls starting from the height of 450 mm from the top of chamber frame & cover and tapering of longitudinal walls ending at the height of 200 mm from the top of frame & Cover to obtain an internal dimensionof 900 X 450mm at 200 mm from top of chamber. ii) 20 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:1 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces and top finished with a floating coat of neat cement. iii) Making benching and haunching in cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 and finishing with floating coat of neat cement. iv) Fixing frame and cover at top using cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (for bed block / bearing course and capping) and cast iron steps / foot rests, all as per specification and as directed by E-in-C. The scope also includes the following Note 1: All chemicals required for period of one year including initial charge of chemicals. Note 2: Cost of all chemicals required for poly dosing system for period of one year including initial charge of chemicals. Note-3: Sodium Hypo Chloirde solution ( 5 to 6 % concentration of chlorine) for dis-infecton of treated sewage outlet from STP plant and Chlorine dosing system for period of one year including initial charge of chemicals. Sample testing includes the parameters like PH, COD, BOD, TSS, Oil & grease, residual chlorine, fecal coliform, NH3-N, N-Total, Total Phosphorous, E-coli as mention in Design Basis. Sample should be tested from approved lab like NABET Accredited, MOEF, SPCB or Govt. approved lab as per instruction and as directed by Engineer-In-charge (E.I.C.). Note: One sample for raw sewage & One sample for treated sewage will be count as a one set.

LT Cables End Joints End jointing of following sizes of cable by crimping with supply of all jointing materials like solderless tinned copper cable socket,double compression brass cable glands, gland earthing, insulation tape, flux, duplicate interconnection between gland earthing strip & to the nearest earthing bus terminals as per the drawings, specifications and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Section-II: Readymade Distribution Board :
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following readymade distribution boards, double door, IP 42 degree protection complete with necessary, MCB isolators , MCBs, earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) etc including interconnections with appropriate capacity size of PVC insulated copper conductor wires (ISI marked),suitable for concealed mounting /wall mounting with MS frame work of 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle iron, with M.S. enclosure fabricated out of min 18 SWG /20SWG thick M.S. CRCA sheet as per manufacturers standard, with concealed hinged door, locking arrangement etc. including earthing clamps for both incoming & outgoing circuits, interconnections, per phase isolation kit as required,cable end box & wire way box if required, continuous copper earth wire in the wire way box with single/duplicate brass earthing terminals, danger board, name plate, flexible earthing for the door, metal treatment & powder coated painting, Phase Distribution drawing etc. all as per drawings (G.A. & fabrication drawing to be got approved), etc. relevant IS & instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Section-III: Point wiring and Submain wiring Point wiring for light/ceiing fan/6A/ 16A/ socket outlet /6A outlet for exhaust fan , bell point etc. with 1.1 KV grade FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor wire(ISI marked), in 25 to 40 mm dia High mechanical stress (HMS) rigid PVC conduit having ISI marked IS 9537 Part - 3, including fixing accessories & hardware concealed /exposed in slab/wall or on 5mm. thick G.I. spacers fixed with no. 10 nettle fold wood screws with nylon plug complete with all conduit accessories 0.9 mm G.I. Saddles, ready made MS switchboxes & socket outlet boxes of nominal 1.2 mm thickness , brass earthing stud 1/2 nos, controlling modular switches, sockets with moulded front plate and inner plate etc. including appropriate size of FRLS PVC insulated copper earth wire , brass/bakelite (straight / angular) lamp holders, 3 plate ceiling rose,6 A, connectors, painting etc. as per specifications and drawings and as per instructions of E-I-C and as detailed below : (sample switch Box etc. to be got approved before fabrication) NOTE: 1. Connections shall be done with crimped type tinned copper lugs & washers. 2. All switches & socket outlets shall be as per preferred makes. 3. All sample boxes with accessories shall be got approved from Department. 4. All 16 A socket outlets should be with 6 pin type 5. MS boxes other than switch boxes & socket outlet boxes shall be fabricated out of minimum 1.5mm thick MS sheet duly painted with red oxide primer & 2 coats of epoxy paint. 6. Minimum size of the FRLS insulated copper earth continuity wire shall be 2.5 sq.mm. 7. The colour shade of switches shall be white /off white. For socket outlet points/switchboards on normal power supply, the cover plate shall be white/off white colour, graphite grey (RAL 7024) or other shade as per instruction of EIC, for socket outlet points/switchboards on DG power supply. 8. The scope also includes supply of modular blanking plates where ever required. 9. The maximum permissible number of FRLS insulated wires through PVC/MS conduits shall be as per technical specifications 10. The point wiring shall generally be concealed type only, except in lift shaft/ Elect. Shaft/ Basement areas/ in RCC retaining wall/ in dry well/ above false ceiling & wherever concealed wiring is not feasible, as per instructions of E.I.C

SECTION -IV: LED Luminaire, Ceiling fan, Exhaust fans etc
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LED luminaires complete with accessories etc on surface of slab/beam by 2 nos (minimum) of 6 mm anchor fasteners or on wall with 2 nos of wood screws, nylon plug etc., suitable supporting frame fixed with rag bolts grouted on the wall/anchor fastener on the beam/on the column & other fixing accessories etc provision & connection with 1.5 sq.mm multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC wires etc., all as per drawing, specifications & as per the instruction of E.I.C. Notes: 1) Sample luminaire/fittings shall be got approved from Dept with complete technical data. 2) All luminairess shall be with drivers. 3) Cost of mounting accessories shall be included in luminaires cost. 4) The lumen output indicated is minimum system output of luminaire. 5) No negative tolerance is allowed on minimum system performance parameters indicated in the SOQ and specifications. 6) The CCT of the luminaire shall be decided at time of work execution.
Led surface mounted 4400 lumen output luminaire similar to M/s Philips cat no "WT 201C LED 44S-6500" PSU L120 smart bright light waterproof IP-65 or equivalent approved.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following size of exhaust/supply fans , single phase complete with blades, motor, scope includes supply of 3C copper 1.5 sq.mm. flexible chord of suitable length with 6 A 3 pin plug top, aluminium louvers shutters, rag bolt/Anchor fasterner suitable MS angle iron frame made of 30 x 30 x 5 mm , 4 corners covered with 2 mm thick MS sheet to form suitable circular opening with necessary fixing arrangement painting as per specification, drawing as directed by E.I.C.

Ceiling Fans : Supply, installation, testing & comissioning of following Brushless DC (BLDC) ceiling fans with double ball bearing with following length downrod, canopies, shackles, blades with safety cable suspension (Secondary support safety cable) white colour with all accessories including continous earthing and final connection with 24/0.2 mm dia copper conductor 2/3 core twisted PVC flexible wire etc. Note: BLDC Fan should be as per technical specifications & testing conforming to IS 374/79 with latest amendments all as per specifications & instructions of E-I-C.

Fan Hook Boxes Fabrication ,Supply, installation, testing of 'T' channel of size 60 x 60 x 6 mm for use as fan hook complete with hole & suitable 'S' shaped MS hook for mounting ceiling fan. The 'T' channel shall be approx. 100mm long and welded to structural steel member of roof as per instructions of EIC. (Sample 'T' channel and 'S' hook shall be got approved before procurement)
Security Light Fixture : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of wall mounted bracket pole Security lighting fixture consisting of: a) Security light LED fixture IP 66, min. 3500 lumens system output, similar to M/s Philips cat no. BRP 046 LED 39 CW MR S1 PSU GR. Scope also includes internal wiring with 2.5 sq.mm copper conductor PVC wires from terminal box to fixture in the PVC rigid pipe & earthing - 1 set b) External terminal box of fibreglass reinforced polyester enclosure IP 65 & IK08 of size 140 (H) x 140 (W) x 79 (D) mm complete with DIN rail, terminal block (suitable for 6 sqmm Al cable). The fibreglass enclosure shall be similar to M/s Spelsberg cat no. Abox-i 100. c) Mounting arrangement of above fixture with suitable 38 mm NB G.I pipe medium variety to IS 1239, 1000-1600 mm long bend to shape and fixed to wall with 5 mm thick GI spacers and 25 mm wide and 18 SWG thick GI saddle etc as per instruction of E-I-C. Mounting arrangement to be got approved from E-I-C.

Section -V: EARTHING SYSTEM
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of earthing system & associated accessories, etc. complete all as per layout drawing & standard drawing CSG/EM/STD/12, specifications & as per the instructions of E.I.C. Note : 1) Measurements of resistance of each earth station & resistance of complete scheme of earthing layout must be measured recorded & got approved by E.I.C. 2. Jointing of the earth strip shall be with brass nuts bolts and also with solder joints. 3. Jointing of the earth wire shall be with solder joints with tinned cable sockets
Tinned Cu. earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 3 mm earth station 2.5 m below ground level conforming to IS 3043 & as per drawing No. CED/E&M/STD/12 complete with all required materials like coke /charcoal, salt, brass nut-bolt & washers, watering arrangement, G.I. Pipe (B class) concrete chamber, 10 mm thick chequered plate hinged cover mounted on 40x40x5 mm thick angle iron frame & excavation in all types of soil in ground refilling & removal of excess earth within radius of 500 m. etc. NOTE 1) The chamber cover & frame shall be hinged type & it shall be got approved by department.
G.I / tinned Cu earth wire/earth strip fixed on wall/side of trench/slab /column /beam/ shaft connection to panel/DBs/SFU's etc. with 5mm thick G.I. Spacers & 2mm thick G.I. Saddle or in ground at 500 mm below with earth enhancing material surrounding the strip, including excavation in ground, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 500 m, temporary instatement & back filling of trench, consolidation, painting with two coats of black bituminous paint for earth wire/ strip in ground & green enamel paint for earth wire /strip on surface etc.
