Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceablematerials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.a) In ground floor including roof.

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm.including watering and ramming etc. layer by layercomplete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)(a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

(A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge-black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m. (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel. (i) In Foundation

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor).

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes(i) Pakur Variety(ii) In Ground Floor

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (a) In foundation and plinth

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (C) 15 mm thick plaster

Taking out heavy iron grated door or window (jail pattern or existing) with locking arrangement after cutting out from walls and refixing the same including mending all damages.[Mending charges to be paid separately]

Renewing W.I. or M.S. wheel or roller of steel door or gate fitted and fixed with neceessary clamps and nuts and bolts and erected complete.(i) Above 50 mm.

Renewing M.S. members of steel shutters by welding including taking out the old, mending good damages complete, including taking out and refixing the glass panes.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :I) On steel or other metal surface :With super gloss (hi-gloss) -Two coats (with any shade except white)

Applying exterior grade acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive distemper/ acrylic emulsion paint including scrapping and papering the surface throughly complete as per manufactures's specification and as per direction of EIC

Protective and Decorative acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality as per manufactures's specification and as per direction of EIC tobe applied over acrulic primer as required. The rate includes cost of materials, labour,scaffolding and incidental charges but excluding the cost of prime

Supplying, fitting & fixing true to line and level digital elevation Ceramic tiles of approved brand conforming toIS:15622:2006 Group B III and tested as per IS:13630:2006as ornamental cladding on external wall in natural stone, brick, wood, bamboo pattern/ design fixed with adhesive 4.5mm thick at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. With polymerised adhesive and epoxy grout pointing includingspacer - 2mm (When tiles are laid over existing hard ready surface) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Mobile Hot Mix Plant(Light Duty) using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temparature by means of approved and suitable arrangements to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and staff, quality control complete as per Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of lubricants and wages of operationalMoRT&H (5th Revision).(19mm nominal size, 50MM tO 75mm thick.)

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of specifications for Road and Bridge Works of MoRT&H(5th Revision).i) On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Providing and laying Mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 using approvedcoarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler material and bitumen, prepared by using Mastic cooker including cost and carriage of all ingredients, cost of heating aggregates and binder, mixing in specified proportions conforming to approved Job Mix Formula and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, compacting, sealing the construction joints and surface finishing conforming to specifications including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre-coated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100°C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including the hire charges of all tools and plants and machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges and quality control all complete as per Clause 516 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoistingand erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete.a) Span up to 12 Mtr

Galvanised corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work)(GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor)(i) In Roof:-a) With 0.60 mm thick sheet.

Labour for hoisting and placing in proper position (up to 1st floor level) departmental R.S. joists, channels, angles. Tees, plates etc. including fitting and fixing same with bolts and nuts, if necessary (but excluding cost of such bolts and nuts)

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete. A) UPVC Pipes:(ii) 110 mm. Dia.

B) UPVC Fittings:c) Bend 87.5 degree.ii) 110 mm. Dia

Providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-Grid T 2430/1510 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c ) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200 mm / 600 mm longand Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on theperimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300mm c/c. The Main Runnersto be placed @ 1200 mm. The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre-cutslots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of1200mm X 600mm. Additional Cross Tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600 mm X600 mm. Grid of module size 600 mm X 600 mm shall be supported by 6 mm diaG.I. wire from purlins / soffit. 4 mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured NonAsbestos pearl designer Fibre Cement Standard Ceiling Board (Density > 1500Kg/m3) of size 595 mm X 595 mm, conforming IS 14862 & Type A Category IV ofISO 8336, tested as per AS-1530 part 3 & BS-476 Part 4,5,6,7 & 8, should beplaced in the Grid module to form a False Ceiling. All complete as per thedrawing & directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing polycarbonate sheet of approved make & brand conforming to IS: 14443-1997 and having 50 micron UV protection layer under co-extrusion technology, Fire rating being B-s1 as per EN13501-1 certification, fitted and fixed with 60mm wide aluminium channel section top and bottom member in dry-glaze sandwitch system, (unit wt. of top and bottom members: 0.375 kg/m & 0.69 kg/m) of approved brand and profile, EPDM quality rubber gaskets, anti dust tape, end closer "C" channel and 75 mm long Self tapping screw being drilled through the centre leg of the bottom section with nuts placed at 300 mm apart without anyway puncturing the polycarbonate sheet, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm thick washer etc complete strictly as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment to be made on area of finished work) . In Roof:- Natural/ Blue/Green/Bronze/Opal/Metallic grey colour. a)With 2 wall 6 mm overall thickness (wt.1.30kg/sqm,Ugvalue being 3.7 W/m2K, Min. cold bending radius of 900 mm
