(3-A Certificate Require Last Three Year (2022 to 2025) (Experience of Govt work should be considered only). At-least one Road project worth Minimum 50 Crore of project (Single Project) and The firm should have completed minimum amount of 20 Cr (Estimated cost) of Estimate including minimum 1 MAJOR BRIDGE with GAD letter from Design circle must be attached and 3 Nos BOX Culvert (Experience of government should be considered) in Last 3 YEARS (3A Require) and Also the consultant have PMC work on hand worth 25 Crore Rs. of Road works and one Major Bridge works.(Work order require)
RequiredThe firm should have established office in jurisdiction of Morbi. (Attached proof of office establishment) or The Consultant shall have to maintain a branch office in Morbi city and shall submit the necessary proof thereof upon asked before commencing the work.
RequiredThe Consultants Firm must be in existence of minimum 5 years. (Firm Registration document/ Partnership deed / Registration of firm)
RequiredConsultant Must have fully equipped lab/MOU with NABL Approved Lab for testing of soil and material to be used for construction at site before starting the survey work. The following minimum equipment should be available in the lab of consultant. a. All sieves required for grain size analysis. b. Equipment required for test of consistency limits of soil. c. Proctor compaction test kit. d. C.B.R. testing Machine.
RequiredConsultant also have to upload scan copy of Solvency certificate (minimum amount Rs.20,00,000 Twenty Lac)
