Repairing of 100KVA (33/0.44kv) HT transformer at Lift Irrigation Scheme Saifkhul of MISD Sopore.

Dismantling of 33/0.4 kv, 100kvA transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T.Oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 100kVA(33/0.44kV) HT transformer using appropriate means of transport like Tata Mobile upto a lead of 25Km.

Providing, preparation and fitting new HV copper coils of electrolytic grade copper wire windings having F-class insulation in place of damaged coils including allied jobs such as varnishing (Becks or any other reputed make) drying, etc., - per kg of winding to transformers.

Providing and filling of fresh T. oil of standard grade.

Complete assembling of 33/0.4 KV, 100kvA transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of T.oil upto required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing.

Providing and fitting of HT long porcelain type insulators for transformer.

Deduction of Cost of scrap windings (Copper) to be retained by the contracting agency. (90% or as per actual).
