Replacement of 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer - II (EMCO make) with 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer (BHEL make) alongwith other associated Works at 220KV Sub Station C.B. Ganj, Bareilly, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps, Crane / Hydra, Centrifuging Machine, CFM Operator, CFM Lubricant etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Job, as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Safe Carriage of 20 KL Oil Storage Tank from Designated Primary Sub Station in Bareilly / Budaun / Pilibhit within Approx. 100 Km Distance to 220KV Sub Station C.B. Ganj including its Shifting & Loading at Designated Primary Sub Station and Unloading, Shifting & Placing at site at 220KV Sub Station C.B. Ganj.
(2) Complete Dismantling of all the Water & Air Pipe Lines, Pipe Supports etc. of Mulsifyre System around the 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer alongwith Shifting & Stacking of all the Dismantled Items at Safe Storage Place at the Sub Station.
(3) Dismantling of existing 132KV LAs alongwith associated Structures Installed in 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer Bay after due Cutting of Earthing, Opening of Jumpers etc. (1 Job per L.A. with Structure)
(4) Dismantling of existing 132KV 800 / 1 Amp. CTs Installed in 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer Bay after Opening of Bolts-Nuts, Control Cable Connections, Jumpering, Cutting of Earthing etc. and then, Shifting of the Dismantled CTs from Site to Stores at the Sub Station. (1 Job per C.T.)
(5) Dismantling of RTCC Panel of the 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer including Disconnection of Control Cables, Cutting of its Earthing and then Shifting the Dismantled RTCC Panel from Control Room to Stores at the Sub Station.
(6) Erection of RTCC Panel of 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer after Shifting of RTCC Panel from Stores to Control Room, then Making Cable Terminations as per Cable Schedule alongwith Earthing of the RTCC Panel.
(7) Installation of suitable Ratio Auxiliary CTs in existing Control & Relay Panel for Conversion of C&R Panel of 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer to suit for 200MVA 220/132V Transformer alongwith Required Cabling and Making Electrical Connections. (1 Job per Aux. C.T.)
(8) Opening of HV & LV side Jumpers, Removal of Neutral & Main Tank Earthing, Opening of Control & Power Cable Connections of the 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer including Opening of Connections of associated OLTC & Marshalling Box.
(9) Complete Dismantling of the Accessories of the 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer including Opening of Jumpers, Removal of Earthing, Opening of Cable Connections, Draining out the Transformer Oil up to Required Level in 209 Lit. Capacity Oil Drums, Removal of Conservator Tank, Radiators, Pipe Lines, Bushings etc. after Draining of Oil in Radiators, Cooling Fans, Marshalling Box, etc., then Fixing of Blanking Plates on the Radiators, Pipe Lines, Conservator Tank Turret etc. (Blanking Plate including Bolts & Nuts, as Required and not Available shall be Provided / Arranged by the Contractor)
(10) Shifting & Proper Stacking of all the Dismantled Items of the 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer i.e. Conservator Tank, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Cooling Fans & Pumps, Marshaling Box, Radiators, Headers, 'A' Frame, T/F Oil in Drums etc. at Safe Storage Place at the Sub Station.
(11) Proper Packing of HV / LV / Neutral Bushings of the Dismantled 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer in Separate Wooden Cases / Crates of the new Bushings of 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer after Proper Wrapping of Bushings with Polythene Sheet alongwith Repairing of Wooden Cases / Crates, as Required.
(12) (a) Shifting of Main Tank of the Dismantled 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer from the Plinth upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required.
(b) Additional Shifting of the Tank of above Transformer upto 70 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter and / or Part thereof)
(13) (a) Shifting of Main Tank of the 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer to its Plinth from Place of Unloading upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required.
(b) Additional Shifting of the Tank of above Transformer upto 35 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter and / or Part thereof)
(14) Complete Erection of the 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer including its Radiators, Conservator Tank, Turrets, Connecting Pipe Lines, HV / LV / Neutral Bushings, Cooling Fans, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Marshaling Box, OTI, WTI, Capillary Tubes etc.
(15) Filling of Fresh Transformer Oil from Transformer Oil Drums in 20KL capacity Oil Tanker and then Centrifuging of the Transformer Oil by Ultra High Vacuum Oil Filtration Plant after Connecting the Centrifuging Pipes with Oil Tanker to Oil Filtration Plant including Taking the BDV Values of Oil, Periodically (every 2 hrs.) till the Required Value is Achieved.
(16) Creating the Vacuum inside the 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer before Filling the Transformer Oil including Vacuum Stand Test.
(17) Filling & Topping Up of Centrifused Transformer Oil under Vacuum in Main Tank, Radiators, Conservator Tank etc., then Centrifuging / Dehydration of the Complete Transformer Oil of 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer by Ultra High Vacuum Oil Filtration Plant after Connecting the Centrifuging Pipe with Transformer Tank to Oil Filtration Plant including Taking the BDV Values of Oil and IR Values of the Transformer Bushings, Periodically (every 2 hrs.) till the Required Values are Achieved including Attending the Oil Leakages, if any.
(18) Making of 1 No. Additional Delta for Neutral Earthing by due Fabrication of 3 No. 3 Meter Long Electrodes of 36 / 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar, its Piercing under the Ground at equal Distance of 1 Meter at 700 mm Depth by Digging of Earth and Connecting all the 3 No. Electrodes with 75 mm × 10 mm size M.S. Flat, Connecting the Delta with existing Earth Mat and Taking out the M.S. Riser by due Cutting, Bending, Welding etc. of the M.S. Flat. (M.S. Round Bar / M.S. Flat shall be Provided by the Department as per Requirement)
(19) Earthing of Main Tank, Marshaling Box, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Transformer Neutral etc. of 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer with the help of 50 × 6 mm / 75 × 10 mm size M.S. Flats to be Provided by Department, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat & Delta at 2 Places including necessary Modifications in existing Earthing Strip Support Structure and then, Painting of the Earthing Strips above Ground Level with 2 Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint in Bus Green Colour.
(20) Erection of 132KV 1000 / 1 Amp. CTs on respective Structures including Earthing of the CTs with existing M.S. Flat, Making Connections of Control Cables, Jumpering with new ACSR Moose Conductor with the help of ACSR Moose Conductor, associated Terminal Connectors etc. including Shifting of the CTs from Stores at the Sub Station to Site. (1 Job per C.T.)
(21) Erection of 132KV LAs including Erection of associated ALP Structures, Earthing of the LAs with existing M.S. Flat and Jumpering with ACSR Moose Conductors to Connect with 132KV Jack Bus with the help of ACSR Moose Conductor, associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. (1 Job per L.A. with associated Structure)
(22) Jumpering of HV side Bushings of the 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer to Connect with HV side CTs through 220KV LAs with ACSR Zebra Conductor, associated Terminal Connectors etc.
(23) Jumpering of LV side Bushings of the 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer to Connect with 132KV Jack Bus with the help of ACSR Moose Conductor, associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc.
(24) Making Terminations / Connection of the Control & Power Cables as per new Cable Schedule of 200MVA 220/132KV Transformer, RTCC Panel, Control & Relay Panel, Cooling Fans, Pumps, Marshalling Box, OLTC Driving Mechanism etc. using existing Cables including Laying, Dressing & Binding of additional Control Cables, if Required as per Site Requirement alongwith Making necessary Holes in the Gland Plates / Boxes, wherever Required including Providing & Fixing of Ferrules (Alphabet / Numeral), appropriate size Cable Glands etc.
