12/25-26 of ACE/BIC Improvement to road on OCC Range-V left bank from village Laxidaspur to Balimed.

Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm on pre measurement and removal of stumps of trees cut earlier disposal of unserviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 mtr including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, hiring and running charges of all machineries, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of approved soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including loading into the transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles and depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. ,laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including removal of roots, shrub jungles, bushes and all foreign debries from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning, cambering the earth work, watering and compaction with all types of compacts equipments under OMC conditions to attain minimum proctor dry density of 95.00% for all heights of banks and slopes with required quality control test including construction, maintenance, watering, dewatering and lighting of haul roads and borrow area including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all incidental charges required for the completion of work, complete in all respect including cost of royalty with labour cess as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section. Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his cost and responsibility)

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil including levelling and dressing the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the working area including dewatering mobilisation and demobilisation of men and machineries etc. with all cost of incidental charges etc. with all leads, lifts, delifts, cost of labour, cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess etc all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-20 grade in approved surface using 20 mm size and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Below ground level beyond 1.50m to 4.50m).

Rigid & smooth centering, shuttering for CC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including proper curing with cost, carriage, cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Weep Holes in Brick Masonry / Plain Concrete / RCC in abutment, wing wall and return wall etc. with 100 mm Dia AC pipes extending through full width of structure in slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face using cement mortar (1:3) with cost of all materials, curing, royalty, cess etc. all complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause-305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 200 mm thickness with IRC grade - III materials as per table-401-I to WBM specification including spreading in uniform layers with moter grader on prepared surface mixing by mix place method with rotavater, rolling with VRR in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming using stone screened dust as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density at OMC as per clause 401 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess etc. including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 150mm thickness graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials (as per table-400-II) with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including labours, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess including labours and hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion (60/70) penetration grade using the emulsion pressure distributer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned properly with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H Specification for Road & Bridge work (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess including labours, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 75mm thickness bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using specified grading -II, 19mm nominal size hard granite crusher broken chips, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 3.3 % of the weight of the mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost ,conveyance, royalty, cess, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thickness semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using specified grading -II, 10mm nominal size hard granite crusher broken chips, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 5 % of the weight of the mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including labours, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in (60 : 40) proportion and laying in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 100 mm thick with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including watering and consolidation with P.R.R., hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
