INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply & fix LED High bay fitting 150 W, high efficiency round highbay in PDC housing suitable for industrial application. The luminaire should have efficacy of 110 lm/w and IP 66 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel tube axial flow fan industrial type 600 to 800mm dia,10 CUM/SEC (10000CFM) AC415 Volts 50 Hz, fire retardent body,with capacity to withstand 400 Degree Celcius for 02 hours, with flow from motor to impeller,with motor position at the centre of impeller, with provision protection net installed at both the end,terminal box, view port with totally enclosed protection of class "H" with minimum of IP65 protection, with provision of vibration isolater mounts, Impeller of aluminium alloy and allied works, including cutting hole in PEB structure and the fan and suitable capacity of motor unit and tested as per EN:14986,EN:13857,EN:13463 all as specified and as directed.

S&F bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia of 1.2 mtr long bend to shape for mounting LED street light fitting with MS clamps of suitable size complete with nut bolts and washers incl grouting on wall etc all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Cutting the existing GI line of 100 mm dia and insert the tee of size 100x100x50 including making thread & including all fititngs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 60 x 60 x 60 cm (internal dimensions) (depth to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to the top of MS cover) with MS top cover 3.25 mm thick sheet, fixed on frame made out of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick, with locking arrangement including two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel and iron surfaces, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally and externally), 150 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate for base, 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate for coping, two coats of white wash internally after preparing the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation , testing and commissioning of 11KV outdoor extensible 03 way ring main unit floor mounted with copper bus bars having raychem sleeved, consisting of 01 No incoming 630A motorised and manually operated vacuum circuit breakers & 02 Nos outgoing fixed vacuum circuit breaker & 01No. Air insulated BUS PT panel coupled with RMU. STAND BY DG SET

The fire damper shall be motorized and spring return type so as to close the damper automatically in the event of power failure and open the damper when power is restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The Fire & smoke damper shall be complete with electronic temperature sensor and electrically operated actuator and interconnecting wiring between AHU & dampers .The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal. The fire damper shall be located in the supply / return air ducts.The control panel shall be located such that the reset can be done easily complete all as specified and as directed for Fire Damper

Suppy and fix Air cushioning tank (Air vessel ) 250mm ida x 1000mm high with dished top, made of minimum 6mm thick MS Pipe /Plate complete with 20mm dia. Brass air valve (Ball type) , 20mm dia stop valve, pressure gauge with brass stop cock, nipple tees elbows and all accessories complete. One for Pum room and one for Terrace, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing exhaust pipe, Diesel engine driven pump exhaust M. EOT CRANE

Supply, erect, test and commissioning of electrically operated over head travelling crane 3Ton capacity asper IS 3177/ IS 807, rail mounted double girder type class-II with hoisting mechanism, control panel electric motor and gear driven, long cross travel VVVF control dries for normal and micro speed control operated from floor and safety devices for smooth functioning of EOT crane. All motor shall be Sq cage foot/ flange mounted, gear box shall be helical type gearing duly hardened and totally enclosed complete with rope drum, wire rope with four falls complete with lockable type bottom block pulley, limit switches etc complete with EMDC brake in hoist motion. Control panel shall be made out of 16 SWG MS sheet duly powder coated with suitable rating of power/ control contactors and VVF drive for all the three motion i.e hoist, LT and CT duly wired for dual operation i.e push button with frequency control remote operation of EOT crane. New shrouded type TPN PVC insulated DSL system of suitable rating of 415 Volts, 4wire of suitable capacity, including current collector supporting brackets, insulators and other standard fixtures and fittings, buffers including all safety devices. Supplying and fixing of duct thermal insulation using resin bonded fiber glass of density 24 kg/m3 with one side factory laminated aluminium foil 50mm thick to be wrapped around the duct. The insulation applied after 2 coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX Compound). All joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide self adhesive aluminium tape and covering with 0.63 mm x 19 mm GI wire mesh netting, butting all joints and laced with GI wire complete all as required and as specified .

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³ shall conform to IS 8183 as amended upto date.Accoustic insulation shall be stuck to inside the ducting after applying 2 coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX Compound). The insulation is held in position with rivets or galvanised steel bolt with counter sunk heads ,25 x 25 GI section 1.5 mm thick and GI plate washers at the centre to centre distance of 600mm.The insulation shall be covered with reinforced plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminium sheet having perforations between 20-40% fixed to inside surface of the duct with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins,CPRX compound etc complete as required and as per specifications

Supplying and fixing Accoustic insulation lining on wall of AHU Room with 50 mm thick, 32 kg/m3, rigid bonded fibreglass. Accoustic insulation shall be fixed in 610 mm x 610 mm frame work made of 25 x 50 x 50 x 50 x 25 mm made out of 0.6 mm thick GI sheet U shaped channel shall be fixed to walls leaving 610mm from floor by means of raw plugs in walls and dash fasteners in ceiling.and covered with reinforced fibre glass tissue and finished with aluminium perforated sheet having perforation between 20-40%of thickness not less than 0.8mm shall be fixed over the entire surface neatly without causing sag/ depression in between and held with screws.
