Fabrication and erection of new cooling tower header pipes at CPP, Ammonia Complex

M/AC/CLNGTWRHDR-01 Fabrication and welding including DP testing of CS pipelines with necessary fittings, valves, flanges, etc., at various locations, elevations and underground in Ammonia Complex and painting with 1 coat of Chlorinated Rubber Red Oxide primer and 1 coat of chlorinated rubber finish paint. (Rate for finishing one inch dia. of pipe)

M/AC/CLNGTWRHDR-02 Erection of CS pipelines at various locations, elevations and underground in Ammonia Complex. (Rate for finishing one inch meter of pipe)

M/AC/CLNGTWRHDR-03 Fabrication and erection of structural / pipe supports in connection with the pipeline rerouting.

M/AC/CLNGTWRHDR-04 Fabrication of 70-90 degree mitre bends of size 600mm using 10mm MS plate required for the laying of pipelines.

M/AC/CLNGTWRHDR-05 Fabrication of 45-65 degree mitre bends of size 600mm using 10mm MS plate required for the laying of pipelines.

M/AC/CLNGTWRHDR-06 Fabrication of 15-40 degree mitre bends of size 600mm using 10mm MS plate required for the laying of pipelines.

M/AC/CLNGTWRHDR-07 Coating and Wrapping of underground pipelines – Application shall be one coat EPOXY COAL TAR primer and enamel on the pipe after thorough cleaning and wrap with corrosion resistant inner wrap tape then final coat of coal tar enamel and outer wrap (conforms to IS 10221:1982) with 25% minimum overlap on each turn of inner and outer wraps. The total thickness of coal tar enamel and wrapping shall be 4mm thick (Min). Both Coating and Wrapping material and all other acessories required for wrapping shall be in contractor’s scope. Payment shall be made only for the area of wrapped portion of pipe.

M/AC/CLNGTWRHDR-08 Applying Epoxy paint primer(75 DFT) & Epoxy finish paint(125DFT) after Surface preparation by mechanical means (shot blasting) to Sa2.5 surface finish for pipes and steel structural at all locations / elevations using epoxy metal primer and epoxy finish paint of FACT approved brands & quality, as per instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. This includes the cost of all consumables, materials, labour, scaffoldings etc.
